Private farm tours available by appointment only! Serendipity Farm works hard to try and save every animal they possibly can, but they couldn't do it without the help of their incredible supporters! Without the publics help we cant do what we do!

And another one - according to our neighbour the black one was dumped yesterday afternoon but we didn't see him last night when trying to catch the others, white one escaped capture last night so tonight we try again, have left food for them and they are just meters away from the dam for water.

To the lazy 💩's dumping roosters at the start of our road to avoid paying for a bag of grain per rooster - this is cruel and potentially is a death sentence if nobody catches them before the foxes get them. You have obviously either been here before or been given the address by someone who has which I'm not happy about 😤 do the right thing next time 🙏

It's been a busy couple of weeks with new arrivals of the feathered variety - first to arrive was the grey headed drake who was rescued by from the Gympie duck pond due to his eye injury which is healing nicely,
He was then joined by caramilk(in the tub) who was rescued by Jack from lake McDonald before it gets drained soon, which is also where the other 2( Daphne and Robert) came from who were also saved by Jack and his mum 🥰 these are domestic ducks who have been dumped at these waterways by members of the public.

A massive shout out to Noosa for not only saving this trio from high risk of death or injury once but twice now-
The first time they were found wandering traffic in Peregian and the second time was yesterday when they were captured after wandering forestry that is heavily populated by wild dogs- we of course have offered them a forever home here on the farm 🥰 they are 1 desexed male(the biggest) and what is possibly a mother and daughter(smaller 2) .
All 3 are in need of the usually Medical like worming etc but otherwise doing well settling in(currently in quarantine paddock) but they will join the others soon enough. 💙❤️💖
We would love to give these goaties some names so if you would like to name one or 3 we are going to give people that opportunity for 1 bag of hobby farm mix per goat,which can be purchased through southside produce by calling Kev and leaving serendipity as a reference - once u have done this you can message us with your chosen name and which goat you are naming 🙏

A big thankyou to Dianne for bringing out a bale of hay for the goats today - I should have grabbed a photo but it's sadly never my first thought 🤦 but we really appreciate your kindness Dianne and the hay has been enjoyed around the farm 🥰

Just a heads up- we are open for drop offs over the xmas period but please remember to pre purchase your grain because the produce stores are likely to be shut.

These babies emerged a few days ago but its hard to get video of them 🥰

This mumma popped out of the long grass with fresh babies in tow 🥰

I must admit I don’t understand goose logic- to take a bath in a puddle while it’s raining but in the background is a beautiful dam to swim in which they don’t use 🤷🏼‍♀️

A huge thankyou to SCARS for helping us out again with goodies for the animals this week and also to Daniel Vickers for helping us pick it up- it wouldn’t have happened without you 🥰🙏

Guineafowl are also fantastic at snake control/alarm and lets face it- such unique characters for the farm ❤️ this one was my personal stalker this morning on my walk around checking everyone.

Always a beautiful sight to see at the duck pond 🥰

For your cats safety and for the safety of wildlife please keep them inside at all times!! This is shocking!

This mornings fog 😳 I can’t see the roosters but I can hear them 🤣

Audrey our 3leg sheep has taken it upon herself to care for mellow our orphan lamb 🐑 she doesn’t feed her(i do that part) but she teaches her how to graze, keeps her company and keeps the other sheep from bothering her. A wonderful example of motherhood for today 🥰

Charlotte arrived a couple days before xmas from the fraser coast pound with the help of mayor George Seymour and she was a pint sized (barely a handful)piglet still on the bottle and missing her tail but she has quadrupled in size and attitude and now loving her new temporary pen(still working on pig pens) at the new farm 🥰
