Waygara Livestock and Pets/Kudumba Goat Stud Dairy Goat stud and hobby farm breeding several types of livestock and pet animals. We breed goats, sheep, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, and peacocks.

Please note: Animals will be kept no more than three days after expressions of interest without confirmation, and no longer than one week after confirmation without a deposit. Just a few more photos of Mauve and babies! Many more Nigerians to come in the next three weeks, also Toggenburg starting in about two weeks. Priced to sell this year as cutting back the herd, for the first time in ten years babies will be left on their mums part time so if you want my signature extremely friendly well adjusted babies, get in while they are young and I will put the extra time in, sold on the bottle up to a month old.

Goood morning all! Today is the day!
All going to plan, around twenty goats, twenty-thirty Guinea fowl keets, thirty chicks, a dozen half grown pullets and cockerals, twenty turkey poults and possibly several ducklings will be available to purchase today. Limited boxes available, ideally bring your own.
I have definite buyers booked at 9:30 and 11:30, to all others who are planning to arrive please text your preferred hour time slot before arriving.
Text preferred during the day as I will be quite busy. Limited amenities, if possible please toilet your children at Nowa Nowa or Orbost on your way!

Every goat paid in full and picked up on the day $50 OFF ADVERTISED PRICE. Extra discounts available for some in groups, ask or make an offer.
UPDATE - please message with a one hour time slot preference between 10am-5pm, if too many want the same hour I'll suggest another to you. Goats can only be reserved with 10%deposit beforehand, must be paid and picked up on day.

All goat buyers must have PIC or proof of application, goats sold in pairs or to home with goats or sheep.
All goats super friendly unless mentioned, disbudded, vaccinated drenched and tagged, herd CAE and JD tested negative yearly.

Hi all - first thing, planning an open day on Saturday, 24th Feb! Put in your calender and send me a message to pick a preferred hour from 9am-4pm.
In other news… Life has been very hectic here over the holidays, hope you have all had a wonderful time over the break and maybe even gotten some time to rest as well.

We've had several babies arrive without announcements, apologies to all who anticipate my birth notices - I'll post more baby photos soon to make up for it.

My phone has been full for a couple of months, so unfortunately most photos will be low quality for the moment.

If you've read this far, just a heads up that life is only getting busier and the goat herd (still and again) needs to be reduced, so a fresh list of everyone available, plus details of planned open day Saturday 24th, should be up soon.
Chicks and chickens, Guinea fowl keets, and potentially ducklings will be available to purchase on the day, or for pre purchase to collect.

Okay, couldn't help myself once I got started. Just a few more of the little squishies, they were part of children's week the day before the big trip to Bendigo and were cuddled by literal dozens of small children, it was adorable and full on for all involved! Great job to the whole team at Moogjie Aboriginal Council, and the Royal Flying Doctor service, for bringing together such a great event for the community.

Bendigo show! 28th Oct, the days have absolutely flown. Got a few ribbons I was really happy with, including third in best udder first lactation with my sweet Milkyway! Photos from the trip over and back also, with half a dozen young people on the team (had 7 of us with 25 goats all up), the stops to graze the goats and hang out are just as special as the mayhem of showing. Ventura had Viktor, Volte and Valencia.

All in one hectic 30hr period.

Tora, 3yo half Toggenburg, 1/4 Saanen 1/4 Nigerian. From excellent high milking lines (Murrungowar) and in kid to pure Toggenburg. Needs good fences due to the Nigerian. Only has half half an udder though due to black mastitis. $500

Busy day Friday! Belle, my sister's loveliest doe, graced us with triplet girls! Their full sister was champion kid at Bunyip 2022, before breaking her leg, and Bell has been Res champ at a couple of shows, and placed very well in udder classes with an almost perfect udder, so we are just delighted to welcome these girls! They are all exceptionally strong and well built, with great length, stance and rumps. At this stage one will be available! Belle milked 5lt on first lactation, and only managed to mostly dry her up two weeks before this kidding after 2 years in milk.

Tricked again - I was pretty sure I felt something when I did the tummy bump, but when an hour passed after the first two I was growing uncertain. Two hours later - enter Loch Ness! Little Ness captured my heart the moment I saw her. So she's not going anywhere 🥰 At this stage I think my siblings have convinced me that the boy should be Banana Nesquick, in honour of the late drink, and the other girl may be Nasturtium :) Purebred Toggenburg doe and buck kid available out of Kudumba Nyad's Song by Kudumba Neon Lights (classified 89), both out of Waygara Nigella (87), grand and great granddaughter of Australian Champion Blue Brook Shylo, Australian Champions Murrungowar Hailee and Sascha, and Australian Champion Glenforslan Nadia. Nyad is by Murrungowar Spectacular, out of Australian Champion Murrungowar Neroli. Neon is by Sunday Leonardo, with Abacus, Jevasai and Blue Brook lines.
Nyad is a long rangy doe who I got back to first kid as a 6yo, just starting to fill out on her second kidding. Very nice udder, with ideal shape, and coming into milking, expecting around 5lt daily. Buck $600 entire, $150 as a wether, doe $650. (doe for sale laying down on left)
