Guyyyyyyysssss I see your messages requesting pics and videos and viewings and this week I will work my way through them. My own mare took colic this weekend and I have had one of those weeks my young stock have been causing havoc. So bear with me. I will get you them asap. Do you want ponies for your kids used to 1h schooling sessions. Handled by kids and produced to be proper kids allrounders. We are the page for you. Every one looks for bargains….. but there is no assurances the purchase will be sound fit amd capable of the job. Our ponies are tried tested and known 🥰And if they don’t make the cut we won’t sell to kids.

As an instructor there is nothing worse than an unsure pony and kid - not suitable for the job.

You don’t get your moneys worth unless your kid is ready for the challenge - and it can be end of the sport for your child. Start as you mean to go on and limit the damage control with pony ownership 😝Our ponies are in 1 hour lessons minimum of 3-4 times a week 🤓
Proven ponies kept in the correct routines are getting more difficult to get 🤪

DANNY ☀️
Danny is a 12 year old 12hh chunky cob gelding.
Danny is the ultimate kids 1st pony to ride, handle and love. Danny stands to be groomed,bathed,clipped, have his feet trimmed and to be fussed all over. Danny had been a massive part of our riding school now for a longtime and is only foresale due to needing to add to our facilities.
Danny had participated in leadrein lessons right up to teaching small kids how to canter small courses. He has participated in many local shows on and off leadrein, has been cross country schooling has been on numerous hacks to the beach and will hack past the heaviest and scariest of traffic. Danny has also done pony rides, pony games (not very fast 😂) and had been know to be painted as a unicorn on the occasion 🤣. Danny has the most loving and easy going temperament he never gets full of himself in a group and happily follows in behind whatever is going on. Danny also drives out on the cart so he is genuinely an all round family pony❤️
10 ⭐️ home is a must for this very special pony so no daydreamers or time wasters. Pm me for any more photos videos or info 😊

Please be honest about your riding level. Half folks problems buying ponies is being out horsed !!!! It’s saves everyone’s time if you tell the seller excaltly where you are in your education 💫

Generalising - but I started with a handful of unbroken Mini Cobs - I would now say I have had over 40 come and go ⭐️

Mini cobs and why I love them for game confident kids younger kidsto learn or to teach a pony when you have a small budget and non horsey family’s.

They are the ultimate first green pony.

⭐️ They teach to kick on
⭐️ They tend to be stubborn about certain things but rarely outside the child’s learning capabilities
⭐️ They are hardy for inexperienced pony owners - they are pretty self sufficient 🐴😎 un-like the finer bubble wrap breeds
⭐️ They weight carry well, kids like to be in their comfort zone with the height of pony.
⭐️ They shouldn’t cost a fortune to have schooled or lessons. Generally most kids who want it bad enough can cope with riding the pony right themselves
⭐️ They level up your grooming as they are dirt bugs
⭐️ They increase in value when done right
⭐️ They often winter better than other breeds.
⭐️ Their reaction times are often slower than hotter ponies. - you can predict a bad ride 😉
⭐️ Often not massive jumpers more starter leisure ponies but their joints head and guts are all manageable for novice owners and vet bills are extremely minimal 😜
⭐️ less pressure on the kid to perform. Whether you realise it or not your kid will feel under pressure to perform to the value of money you spend.

There has been a few exceptions to the rule but in general they are the best kid companion to get them hooked 🐴❤️

I offer discount to trade, professional or producer homes.

I don’t give this to sell the pony. I give this to ensure there is a team at the other side of the sale suitable for the animals care.

I have had ponies returned to me after one week with issues they never had before and as a trainer it’s soul destroying 🤦‍♀️ right team to keep me involved in the progress is much more appealing as a seller.

The reality of pony owner for non experienced homes is likely to a big shock to the system

Basic Terms and conditions of sales.

When visable Trial on our yard of 28 days encouraged to test suitablity after purchase and help the settling in period for new owner and rider. Animal welfare comes first for us. So this is the best way we have been able to assure ourselves the sale was for the good of the pony.

Vetting to be booked and paid for by buyer
Local vet details can be provided.
No cash refunds but if I have something suitable
I will exchange at cost price.
Viewing times must be booked. Or alternatively book a club day or lesson this is ideal as we get a feel for what you are looking and needing.

I have been let down so much over the years by buyers. I just won’t set time aside unless I know you are a genuine buyer. Genuinely 99% of the time sellers deal with time wasters.
View our ponies on their work days it’s worth £25 if you are serious about a kids pony.

If it’s on sales livery with us it’s on a no refund basis. You take your issues up with owner after. I am simply the trainer and seller not the owner.

I have learnt in the past lots of valuable lessons and they would put most off ever buying or selling ponies.
So here some protocol we follow to help make a sale straightforward

1. Ponies always booked and chipped
2. Always has teeth done and aged by vet
3. If a project it’s labelled that and priced accordingly
4. First time buyer must have a knowledgeable person with them absolutely no exceptions we suggest they pay their own instructor to come along
5. If we don’t know the mares history we check it’s in foal status (😝)
6. Know we do our absolute best to bring you straightforward ponies for your riding capabilities and if you have a bump in the road with your pony contact us and we are happy to help with lessons advice or recommendations
7. If buying unseen all transport costs are to be covered by purchaser if the pony is being returned.
8. Foreign buyers we ask for a small non refundable deposit to be paid to secure a spot for vetting and other sale related time given. ✈️
9. Happy for offsite viewings if paid for by purchasing person in advance. Price agreed prior to viewing
10. Payment plans are not available but if a deposit is put down and livery is covered the pony can stay here a few weeks to paid for.
11. Lastly all buyers ride at their own risk. So your own insurance is advisable- one claim on my insurance would make horses not visable for me to do due to my age.
12. If you are not suitable to ride the pony/horse we reserve the right to refuse you the ride of it at the viewing. No offence Ment. We all love ponies and it’s easy as a buyer to get carried away. 😝🐴🌎
13. We will disclose all known vices or behaviours we have observed

3 year old Tiffany getting a bath 🛁 Tiffany came from a friend and seller who was over stocked. Shes settling in well to our routines 🐴 by the time she is of age for the riding school she will be a pro 💫 follow her reach her learning milestones with us.
