Summit County Ohio Lost and Found Pets is a public page run by a volunteer group of dedicated pet loving search and rescuers, pet fosters and networkers. When posting to this page we ask you to share as much information as possible to help you get your lost pet back home. Along with a CURRENT photo of your pet it is important to give a detailed description (color(s), age, male/female, sp
ayed/neutered, any identifying marks), what area or neighborhood it went missing from (cross streets are extremely helpful), are they in a familiar area etc. Time is of the essence when your beloved furry family member is missing, with the first 24 hours being the most critical. We ask that you list your lost or found pet with Helping Lost Pets as soon as possible at http://www.helpinglostpets.com/LDOH (for DOGS only) or http://www.helpinglostpets.com/LCOH (for CATS only). After you complete the form and upload a current photo of your LOST or FOUND pet, Helping Lost Pets will automatically generate a FREE flyer for you to share with friends, family, neighbors, businesses etc., you should also post to your page, Instagram, Twitter etc. Shortly after registering with HeLP you will receive an action plan from Lost Dogs Ohio with helpful tips via email. Summit County Ohio Lost and Found Pets along with our wonderful networkers and crossposters will help share your flyer with other lost and found pet pages and groups. Getting your pet exposure to as many people as possible will generate leads and sightings for you, this is the key to getting them back home safe and sound.
