3. Credit Card Fee: To streamline operations, a 5% credit card processing fee will be applied to all terminal transactions. However, this fee can be avoided by opting for payment methods such as cash, check, or Venmo 💰

Last but certainly not least is Miss Tiffany…
When I first moved into the kennel I went around to all my neighbors to introduce myself. I told them I was going to be the new guy running the kennel. I gave them a dozen cookies and my phone number if they ever needed anything 🙌
One of the last houses that I went to was Tiffany’s. I met her mom who was super sweet and caring. She showed me around their beautiful property and incredible lake 🏖
She mentioned her daughter Tiffany had worked at another place before and would love to come work for us. She came in for an interview and she got hired on the spot 😊
You can always count on Tiffany to make you smile or laugh. She has such a contagious laugh and really can impact any room she walks into ✨
If you ever see her she will most likely compliment how beautiful your dog is! She is a true animal lover ❤️
“I was born on March 6, 1984
I went to Pennridge from K thur 6 grade and then I was homeschooled and graduated with honors. I am now doing online courses for animal care, training, grooming, and learning their behaviors.
I love working at Katz Dogs K9 because of the people I work with. They are very friendly and are good friends to have. The work place is always fun for me to be at because of the great people and animals. I like taking care of your dogs and enjoy taking them out for walks and playtime.
We have goats and chickens that I love to spend time with here at my home. A bonus is I live next door and have a beautiful path through the woods to go to work!

@marinademariie is by far our hardest and fastest workout, that’s without question. You could ask anyone on the team and they wouldn’t have to think twice about that answer 💨
You might not always see Alexis up front or interact with her much but that’s because she’s behind the scenes doing all the hard work 🙌
Not only is she excellent at her job here, she is also incredibly talented when it comes to her artistic abilities. When you come in and look to your left you see a wonderful drawing of my two pups, Rico and Bond. That was done by her ❤️
“Hello my name is Alexis! I’ve been working at Katz Dogs K9 for almost 10 months now and I’ve absolutely loved my experience working here. Besides my own dog Bane I had no prior experience working with animals but a ton in customer service. Fun fact @b_connell11 and I have known each other since kindergarten 👶
We have always stayed in touch throughout life even after college. Years ago he asked if I ever needed help when I was doing just walking, but didn’t have anything available for him at the time 😕
When the opportunity finally arouse he was one of the first phone calls I made. He was happy to get a phone call from me, came in for an interview, and was basically hired on the spot. Brian has been a day one, has a huge heart, and he works incredibly hard every shift 🙌
If you don’t know Brian he is one of the nicest, humblest, and most down to earth guys you will ever meet. Seamus always comments on how Brian is the “purest soul” and all of us here at the facility full-heartedly agree with this statement. You can always count on Brian to stay positive and to be at our team parties. The list goes on for the incredibly nice things I could say about him but those are just a few ❤️
“Hi my name is Brian Connell, I’m 26, I am part of the kennel crew here at the Katz Dogs facility, I personally have always loved being in the company of dogs of all different breeds and I own a little havanese (Cuban sh*tzu) myself. He’s a little dog who I personally trained before I began working here. I really didn’t know what I was getting into when I decided to make taking care of dogs a full-time job, but I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given here at the facility and I make sure to treat each and every dog as if they were my own.”

Demi Polidori was actually a friend of mine before she came to work with us here. We had the same group of friends and always stayed in touch 😊
She watched our stories religiously and always interacted. When I posted that we were hiring she finally made the jump and came in for an interview 📚
Demi has been a great impact to our team. She has been one of the most recent hires but also the most recent promotions bumping her up to our second kennel team leader🎉

“Hi my name is Demi, I’m 27 years old. I have a daughter that is about to turn 4 and I’m expecting another around Christmas time. I also have an 11 year old Pomeranian named Rocky. Before working at Katz Dogs K9, I worked at a preschool for 5 years. I started working here at the end of August and making that change was the best decision I ever made. I love all my co-workers and all the hard work and dedication that goes into every single shift. I love working with the dogs, taking care of them, and seeing how excited the dogs are during drop off is one of the best feelings. Thank you for trusting us to care for your doggies. ”

Oh hello Mr. Mark A. Simon…
Sam had spoken very highly of a friend of hers she wanted to come on board here. We didn’t really have any positions available at the time but she wanted him to atleast come in and meet us and chat further, and I’m glad he did 😊
I watched him handle a few dogs and could see his love and interest for the animals. That’s all I needed for a trainer to come on board. The rest I can teach 🙏
I joke calling him my left hand (Sam being my right) since we work so closely together with one another🤣
I’m excited to watch Mark grow with us ❤️
“Mark Simon is 36 years old, and is proud to be a dog trainer at Katz Dogs K9! Mark has been working with animals since 2004, when he trained his first dog, Oliver the Collie (fun
fact- Mark speaks German quite well, and he trained Oliver bilingually!). Mark has two dogs of his own:Jacob, a 15 year old Miniature Pinscher mix, and Douglas, a 12 year old Beagle mix. He also loves horses, and has had several great horse friends over the years. He can occasionally be spotted riding on the trails at Nockamixon State Park with his best horse friend, Casey. Through his experience training and caring for Rhesus Macaque monkeys at Harvard Medical New England Primate Research Center3 , he discovered his passion for developing partnerships with animals and creating a bond based on trust. From there, Mark went on to start his own pet sitting and dog training business. After moving to Doylestown, Mark took a management role at Pet Valu, where he learned that he loved connecting with the community and working as part of a great team. Now, he gets to combine all of the things he loves to do in his role at Katz Dogs K9! Groomers are worth their weight in gold, and I struck a gold mine with Cindy 🔑
I walked into a local Pet Valu before they were about to close and they had crazy foreclosure discounts. I walked out of the store with a bunch of pet items… but the best thing I walked out with was Cindy’s phone number. She’d just began a few months earlier and was looking for her next place to go 📲
I was opening the facility and had the dreams of adding in a groomer!
Well it was meant to be for the 2 of us. I let Cindy design our groom room from scratch and she did a FABULOUS job 🔥
Cindy is not only our groomer but my personal assistant! She helps schedule calls, can build, paint, and so on. What can’t she do! We sometimes call her the grandmom of the facility❤️

“Cindy has been grooming dogs and cats for about 25 years. She started out at a veterinary hospital where she was the surgical technician and also helped out when grooming was needed - that’s how she got the bug to groom for for herself! She and her husband, Lee, then started their own mobile grooming business, Cindy’s Suds N’ Cuts. They had the business for about 10 years when they decided it was time to slow down a bit. They sold the business in 2019 and moved to Perkasie. Cindy soon got bored and needed to find something to do, she took a grooming position at Pet Value for 10 months until they closed and was then introduced to Eric at Katz Dogs K9…and here we are now!
Cindy and Lee have three great dogs: Tori, a 14 year old Maltese, Jolie, a 9 year old Standard Poodle and Louie, a 3 year old Golden Retriever.”

Next up… is my right hand women Samantha Allen-Wass! We were friends for years before she came on board. She was the first person I went to when I wanted to expand and found out Pet Valu was closing. She has helped me build the business to what you see today. I look forward to building this business even more in future with her 🙌
“Sam is 24 years old and is the Coordinator of Katz Dogs K9! Right out of high school she began running an animal care department and there her passion for pets grew. Sam has a 5 year old “Mini Mastiff” Doobie and recently brought home Russ.. a Malinois puppy. You can’t forget about the 15+ reptiles she has too!
Sam started working with exotics at a young age- raising, handling, and training. From reptiles, parrots, peacocks, livestock, large snakes.. she’s worked with all different fun animals!
Sam had her own pet store under Pet Valu before coming to work at the facility which is where she met the Owner Eric.
She has a passion for building a better bowl and is a Certified Pet Nutritionist!
Feel free to ask her all your pet food questions whether it’s kibble, canned, or raw!
She is so excited to bring all her knowledge, experience, and of course love to the facility!”

“Eric is 26 years old and is the owner of Katz Dogs K9. He started the business right out of college in 2018. He graduated from West Virginia University with his dog Rico who is now 6 years old. He has since added another dog to the family, a one year old Belgian Malinois named Bond. People thought it was crazy to raise a dog during college, some of the most important years of one’s life, but he knew it was the right decision and pushed through. During his college years, he met his mentor Joe Moldovan, who sparked his interest and passion for dog training. His love for dogs started as a hobby, but his entrepreneurial spirit moved him to turn it into a business. The business started as overnight care and walks, then transitioned to boarding and training at his house, which finally led us to where we are at today. His belief is to give back in life and make an impact in this world, and now he is finally able to do that by bridging the gap between humans and dogs.”

While planning your getaway.. make sure to check that your dogs vaccines are up to date! We’ve been seeing alot of immunizations beginning to expire around this time!
Contact your vet to schedule an appointment to update your vaccines or to check if some will be expiring during your time of travel.
Reservations will ONLY be confirmed when we receive proper vaccination records.
Reminder: it would be a good time to start Flea & Tick prevention since the temperature is warming up 🌞
Vaccines MUST be current and dogs MUST have full immunity before being boarded OR coming to daycare.
