Goldfish in the Pond
This page is made in honor of Jim Vilmur, in loving memory{ Dec.22, 2010}
Jim and Helen Vilmur moved to Ravendale Ca. 33 years ago. With their own two hands they built their home on 80 acres of raw land.
At that time they came with their two grown children and two young grandchildren, who all helped their grandparents and parents make this place in Ravendale home.
Time moved on and three great grandchildren were born. One day the grandchildren came back from the fair with goldfish. Grandma Helen got a big glass bowl to put the goldfish in and the placed it on the TV. One goldfish was a really fast swimmer and that goldfish kept jumping out of the bowl. It was soon realized that they couldn’t keep those goldfish in a bowl. So grandpa Vilmur with his endearing unconditional love for his grandchildren placed the goldfish in their natural spring water pond.
