PSA: Fall is sand spurs season in Hilton Head! These are found in the dunes and the sand directly on front of the dunes (as wind blows them around). If your pup suddenly stops walking and holds up a paw, check between the pads for one of these painful suckers (or two). Caution, they are sharp, so be gentle grabbing!!

The boys are very destructive with toys, so whenever I give them a new one, I have occasionally inspect it to make sure it's still intact. They don't like that...😂
