Do you remember this handsome guy?CONGRATULATIONS & GOOD LUCK TOMMY as you head on to your next journey in life. I got to spend some time today with this huge hunk of love before he headed off to his new home in Buffalo today and enjoy a car ride, a pup cup, self serve pet wash, and lots of kisses and pets!A HUGE THANK YOU to Pet Supplies Plus - Baytowne, NY for all this absolutely incredible swag he left with! You guys are truly beyond amazing! Thank you Jeremy Wolf for transporting this guy to his new home and thank you to everyone who rallied together to make sure that he was safe and is getting to start a brand new life! It has definitely been a week of craziness, but we did it! We have made sure he got all the spoils and love he deserves! Thank you Lakewind Kennels for housing him temporarily and some amazing friends for opening their home to him. BUT, a HUGE shout out goes out to Matt Albert and Against All Oddz Animal Alliance Inc. for the save ❤️

📣Congratulations to more amazing pups from Rochester Animal Services for finding their furever homes! 📣

We couldn’t be more happy to see these furry friends leave and go enjoy their new homes, humans, fur brothers and sisters. BUT, RAS still has so many more available and MANY have their adoption fees sponsored!

Visit 184 Verona St Monday-Sunday from 12-4pm and check out all the incredible animals that are available. Can’t adopt but want to help? Think about fostering or volunteering, or even sponsoring some of the adoption fees.

‼️🆘🆘🆘‼️URGENT. DIRE SITUATION‼️🆘🆘🆘‼️

Yesterday was nothing short of a roller-coaster ride. As many of you may know, I have been advocating my heart out in an effort to save a dog named Tommy from Rochester Animal Services. I was at the shelter yesterday for another dog and happened to see a young man asking about Tommy. Long story short, the young man adopted him and we all cheered on Tommy, shed some joyful tears and were so excited for him. That feeling was extremely short lived.

He was aware that Tommy was going to be euthanized due to his length of time at the shelter (over 100 days) and I was truly grateful for this adoption.

Fast forward not even 4 hours later, I am getting numerous messages that people are seeing this young man has Tommy posted all over social media as a dog he is looking to rehome because he simply doesn't have the time to care for him. 😳

Much chaos ensued. This post is not intended to bash any, or the young man who wasn't honest on his application because he only wanted to keep a dog alive and in his mind thought he was helping save the dog.

This post is one of DESPERATION on my part.

Tommy was turned over to a safe person late last night. He is OK, BUT HE DESPERATELY NEEDS a foster or adopter to step up ASAP. We have a rescue willing to intake him with a guaranteed foster. The place he is staying cannot keep him past today so if we can’t find a place for him, he will have to go into boarding which we are trying everything in our power to avoid.

He is a loving dog. Slept all night on the chest of the person who agreed to hold him until today.
He does NOT like to be crated.
He has separation anxiety.
He eats like he's on a race with the clock. He will use a puzzle feeder to slow that behavior down.
He CANNOT be housed with another dog. He is not dog friendly (but with some training may be able to help with that). There is no history on his reaction to cats.
He walks well on a leash. And bonds with those who show him love.
He deserves a home 🏡

He will need to go to a boarding facility today if we cannot find a suitable foster/adopter.
We have lots of “swag” to go with him because so many just adore this big hunk. Tuxedo's K9 Training Camp is donation some training sessions, Pet Supplies Plus - Baytowne, NY has some goodies for him, he has toys, a bed, and even a $100 gift card for chewy

‼️Meet Hazel! Hazel is currently a resident at Rochester Animal Services and through NO FAULT of her own, only has until tomorrow at 4pm to either be pulled by a rescue, fostered, or adopted.‼️ Her adoption fees are sponsored!

Hazel is 4 years old and super sweet! She's good with other dogs, and used to live with children in her previous home! 😍

Hazel is very athletic! She is very athletic and and can scale a fence. She loves other dogs and is super social. She is a vocal girlie because of her breed.

There are two dogs Loca (female) and Scar (male) are currently at Rochester Animal Services at 184 Verona St in Rochester NY and NEED TO BE OUT BY TOMORROW AT 4pm. These are 2 amazing dogs that just need to be given a chance so I am begging for a miracle and to get BOTH dogs OUT OF THE SHELTER TODAY!

They are both having a hard time being inside of a very noisy, over crowded shelter and are very simply breaking down to the point that their quality of life is being greatly affected. It's simply not fair to have them over stressed and full of anxiety due to their living situation. So this is where all of you come in. can you foster? Or are you looking to add an amazing pup to your family? Well we need you to RUN NOT WALK to the shelter TODAY so we can help save their lives.

✨️"Scar" is a young 1 yr old mix breed male. Very playful. Very affectionate with "his" human(s). He is dog selective. Has lived with cats. He really needs time to decompress and get back to his super sweet puppy self.

✨️"Loca" is a 3 year old mixed breed female. She is spayed. She loves to play with her stuffed toys. And hang out with her favorite people and cuddle. Loca has lived with children. She prefers male dogs ... therefore can be dog selective.

There are videos of both in the play yard below so you can see how they are outside of the kennel and are super funny and just playful and sweet.

🆘 🚨 URGENT 🚨 🆘 we need a foster or an adopter to step up ASAP!

Siena is such a love! She is only one year old and has puppy energy! She absolutely loves to play and loves toys. But, unfortunately, she is starting to break down being in the shelter. We need to share and help save this girls life. Anyone up for for fostering or adding this sweet baby girl to your family?
