I had these Chestnut mushrooms resting in non fruiting conditions for a few weeks. Went to take the lid off to put them into fruiting conditions and they were starting with out me. So safe to say this culture I have is quite strong and my fruiting block recipe is on point. This is the 4th flush from this block.

I will have fruiting blocks and spawn plugs available in the near future.
