I need your help!
About 5 months ago, I rescued this standard poodle named Roman. He was in a horrible neglect situation in which this lady had 20+ poodles. All lived outside in kennels, never handled, groomed. Had no clue what stairs, cars, leashes, or how to be a normal dog. I got him all cleaned up, and placed him with my coworker who has done such amazing things for this boy. The woman had 2 males left from the litter still in this condition. For the last few months, I have been trying to get this woman to relinquish the dogs. Finally, it happened. I drove several hours and transported these boys home.
Now where I need your help! We are looking for foster or adoptive homes for these boys. They will be vetted, neutered, and fully trained before officially being placed in homes. They are just over a year old. They are purebred standard poodles and have AKC papers. I am a dog groomer, and they will be placed with a 50% discount on all grooming services.
They can be homed separately, but together would be great. Frankie and Fritz. Frankie is very shy and fearful, but with time he really seems like he will come out of his shell. With his brother, he is very playful and full of energy. Fritz (with the blue collar) is very sweet and confident. He’s full of energy, very playful, and will willingly come for affection. Roman, the original boy we rescued was very fearful, would bite, and was mentally shut down. But he is doing amazing now and has made a complete turn around
