As we begin 2025  We are getting excited for the upcoming year!
~ Tentatively mark your calendars for February 2 for our annual meeting and awards potluck luncheon and silent auction. We should hear back this week from the facility to confirm that date. Either way, please start working on helping us collect items for our silent auction.
~ it is time to start working on sponsors! You can go to the website and all of our sponsorship information is in a sponsorship packet under forms and downloads. We appreciate all of the help that we have gotten the last few years. It is essential with the cost that the shows now incur that we continue with our great sponsorships.
~ I would 2025 membership form is now online. You may print that off and send it in or bring it with you to the annual meeting. It is also in the forms and download section of our website.
~ if you would like to print off our Pine Tree Classic Prize list, you may go to our website and simply click on shows and print that off.

ATTENTION!!!
After reviewing the class list, we needed to make some changes to it and here they are and the reasons:
In Hand Trail and Longe Line we had listed as AQHA. Well, AQHA only offers them for international shows. Thus, we kept these classes in but as non-AQHA.
Working Western Rail is not available as Level 1 until it has been offered for 3 full years. Therefore, we had to remove the leveling of this class.
We also added the stall reservation form. You can check it all out at the link below.

The 2025 membership form is now available on our website. We've changed our pricing a little bit, but we will no longer require an intent to show for year-end awards. Please remember to send in your saddle up Maine logs in the next couple of weeks.
If you want to look back at the results for quarter horse or paint for the 2024 Pine Tree Classic, you can also find those on our website. Tomorrow, the points for the year-end awards will become final.

Tentative Year End Results. I definitely expect some questions as some names are not on there that I expected. Please remember that the exhibitor and the owner need to be members and the intent to show must be checked off on the membership form.
