3 springtime grooming tips to prevent skin issues 🌸👇 Spring is just around the corner and while there’s nothing quite like seeing everything explode back to life, the rain and changing seasons can make horse care a bit of a challenge. Check out these 3 quick and easy ways to prevent skin issues with your horse this spring 1. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure - make sure to stay on top of your horse’s skincare BEFORE it becomes a problem. Regular grooming is important, but you can also take additional steps to help set your horse up for success. Using a dry-shampoo like our All-In-One Grooming Spray if you can’t bathe can help clean dirt bacteria and dandruff from deep in their coat preventing rain rot, mud fever, and scratches 2. Wet ground + mud + horses = hoof problems In a lot of cases it’s pretty unavoidable to keep your horses totally out of rainy and/or muddy conditions, but our Purvida Polish Hoof Oil is here to help.
