Finding A Best Friend rescues and rehabilitates abused and neglected animals. We are a nonprofit that is funded 100% by your donations (no other assistance).
We are 100% foster based. Check out our linktree! https://linktr.ee/findingabestfriend Finding A Best Friend is a place to find your true companion. We take the necessary steps to make sure that you and your best friend are right for each other. We also check in even after an adoption to see that you and your new best friend are adjusting well (and to also help answer any questions). We rescue ani
mals that no one wants, the underdogs, the lost causes. We give them that second chance and help bring out their true personalities and confidence. We treat all our rescues as if they are our own, which means we make sure that the new home that they get is as loving or even more. Our goal is to find homes for all our rescues and make sure that they have the love, stability and structure that they need and deserve. We consider our adopters an extended part of the family and keep a close contact with all of them. We also are a resource to them and we are here to help them. As a small family non profit organization, we depend on your donations and appreciate your donations. Our mission is to rescue and help bring awareness to animal cruelty. Our wish is that one day our rescue will go out of business because every animal in this world would be saved and would be able to live in peace.

🚨 We need your help! 🚨
While going out to feed those without food over the weekend, we saw so many animals in need - starving, beaten, and terrified. 💔 No one is coming to help.
Shelters are overflowing. Rescues are stretched to the limit. But we cannot turn our backs. These animals need patience, love, and a safe place to heal. 🐾
We REALLY need your help as caring for these babies (food, formula, electricity, etc.) is getting more and more expensive. Every donation is tax deductible (we’re a 501(c)(3)).
The food banks are closing and there's no help in sight. We will go out and feed those in need, but we can't do it without donations. Together, we can change their story. ❤️

Miss Violet is a quiet, gentle and loyal companion who is protective of those she holds dear. She's a smart girl who is quick to learn, and she's crate and potty-trained! Miss Violet gets along well with children and other dogs, too - as long as they are well-mannered. She loves everyone she meets, including her previous foster family and siblings, and would be a wonderful addition to any home. She's a sweetheart who loves napping on the couch and receiving affection from those around her. If you're looking for a loyal companion who will stick by your side, look no further than Miss Violet!
Apply to adopt her or please share to help find her forever family!

Charcoal is a black lab terrier mix. He is about 1 year old and about 30lbs. Charcoal is a sweet, calm, loving, docile guy. He does fabulous with well mannered dogs, cats and children. He is potty and crate trained. He is just a couch potato, but is eager to please. He is willing to go on walks or runs with you, but does have his limits. He also doesn't mind just hanging out and napping with you!
Charcoal is just looking for his own forever home!

🎤 Meet Carol G & Becky G – Your New Favorite Duo! 🎶
Straight out of the charts and into your heart come Carol G (the mama) and Becky G (her baby girl) — the terrier-poodle mix dream team you didn’t know you needed.
💃 Carol G (1–2 years old)
This scruffy superstar has the voice of reason and the heart of a diva. She’s sweet, affectionate, and always ready for cuddles after a good play session. Carol knows how to work the room with her wagging tail and soulful eyes — basically, she’s headliner material.
🎵 Becky G (4 months old)
Becky may be pint-sized, but she’s already stealing the show. Silly, spunky, and playful, she’s still figuring out her moves — but every day she’s learning the rhythm of family life. She’s equal parts mischief and mush, and she’ll keep you laughing (and your heart full).
✨ Together, they’re pure harmony: Carol brings the wisdom, Becky brings the sass, and both bring unconditional love. Whether you adopt them as a power duo or give them their own solo careers, you’re guaranteed a hit record of tail wags, kisses, and joy.
🎤 Ready to add some star power to your home? Don’t miss your chance to adopt the real Carol G & Becky G. These girls are ready to make your life chart-topping.

🚨 We need your help! 🚨
Far too many dogs and cats are being dumped on our streets — starving, beaten, and terrified. 💔 Some have been out here for over a year. They’ve been hit by cars, had fireworks thrown at them, even been shot at. Their little bodies are covered in scars… and no one is coming to help.
Shelters are overflowing. Rescues are stretched to the limit. But we cannot turn our backs. These animals need patience, love, and a safe place to heal. 🐾
