mals that no one wants, the underdogs, the lost causes. We give them that second chance and help bring out their true personalities and confidence. We treat all our rescues as if they are our own, which means we make sure that the new home that they get is as loving or even more. Our goal is to find homes for all our rescues and make sure that they have the love, stability and structure that they need and deserve. We consider our adopters an extended part of the family and keep a close contact with all of them. We also are a resource to them and we are here to help them. As a small family non profit organization, we depend on your donations and appreciate your donations. Our mission is to rescue and help bring awareness to animal cruelty. Our wish is that one day our rescue will go out of business because every animal in this world would be saved and would be able to live in peace.

Our rescue needs your help! We spay and neuter over 30 dogs and cats at a time to help control the pet population We're in urgent need of donations to pay for these services. After spaying/neutering homeless animals, we sometimes need to keep them for recovery for at least 2 weeks. We’re running out of funding to keep these clinics going. Please consider donating to our small rescue. Every donation makes a huge difference in the lives of these animals. Thank you for your support! 🐾💓🐾💓

Finding a Best Friend is sponsoring a free (or low-cost) Spay and Neuter Clinic on Tuesday, August 26th. You MUST email us at [email protected] (no messaging us on social media, please) to see if you are eligible to get your furry family member spayed or neutered through us. Unfortunately, we can't take Dobermans, French Bulldogs, or dogs over 90lbs. If approved, you MUST bring your pet in their own crate.
Space is limited, so reach out ASAP for more information.
LET'S WORK TOGETHER AND END THE SUFFERING OF UNWANTED LITTERS.

Hello everyone! My name is Princess, and I am a very special dog looking for my furever home. My foster mom thinks I'm about 3-4 years old. I am affectionate, gentle, playful, smart, and sweet. I am a very loyal dog and I love to be with my family. I was living as a stray dog roaming the streets and railyard field in Stockton where I had several litters of puppies. I was with a pack of dogs who have all found their furever homes. I am so happy for them but I'm hoping that I can find my perfect family soon. I am very good at making new furry friends but I can be shy when it comes to meeting new humans since I've been mistreated by them. My foster is unsure if I get along with cats. I love attention and I am very easy to love. I am also very good on walks and I am housebroken! I am always up for adventure and I love to learn new things. I am a active dog and I would be perfect for someone who likes to be active outdoors, but I also love to cuddle up on the couch. I cannot wait to meet you, and maybe you can be my furever home!
If you'd like to know more about me, you can reach out to my foster by emailing [email protected] or sending a text to 209-298-2433.

Meet Tyson! He's a fawn and white AKC registered Bulldog! His pedigree is only outmatched by his charming personality. Tyson is 4 and is 70-75 lbs. He is friendly, playful, smart, funny, and curious. He loves food and is very food-motivated.
He has everything packed for when he finds his new home, including a kennel, bed, toys, collar/leash, food, allergy meds, and all paperwork showing AKC registration and veterinary care. Current parents rescued him but unexpectedly found their Down Syndrome child doesn’t do well with him. Tyson is up-to-date on all vaccinations, neutered, housebroken, kennel trained, good with the other dogs he meets but has had no interaction with cats or other children. He is allergic so he has to be on a special diet and takes an allergy pill every day, which is keeping his skin clear.
Apply to adopt him or please share to help him find his forever family!
