Our Story
Dog.Trainer.ELF is certified as a pet dog trainer and as a veternary assistant through Animal Behavior College. We completed CE in training shelter dogs. Dog.Trainer.ELF is a member of ADPT (Association of Professional Dog Trainers) and the Pet Professional Guild (Association for Force-free Positive-only Pet Professionals). Membership in these two organizations gives Dog.Trainer.ELF access to many other trainers when situations stump us. We use positive-only force-free training methods and basic psychology to improve the human dog connection. We also distinguish between obedience training and the need for change in behavior, which must be approached using different techniques. We serve the Jacksonville, FL area.
