✅️UPDATE 4✅️ This pup is still at the shelter and has a name, Emma. It would seem she has a family so hopefully they are working to get her back home.

✅️UPDATE 3✅️ This scared little girl is headed to the shelter, please pray for her. The finder kept her overnight to hopefully find the owners. The dog aggressively threw herself against the fence trying to escape all night. It was torture for the finder to witness. She knows and we all know the shelter is a dangerous place for her to be, so we do not need any comments reiterating that! WE ALL KNOW!! We want to thank the finder for what she DID do! The dog was posted to several social media sites and numerous rescues were called. Please think twice before you make any negative comments on this thread. Thank you HBLFP

✅️UPDATE 2✅️ Reported to OCAC Intake # A1839261

✅️UPDATE 1✅ Per visit by HBLFP: Sadly NOT chipped 😢. ️ Dog is extremely fearful. Appears to be a small female. Won't walk on the leash. Refuses to move when tugged. It was very difficult and scary but I "got" her to the backyard, she is now resting and is secure for the moment. Please share so we can find the owners. See comments for additional photos.
