Aquarium water is naturally rich in plant fertilizer from all the fish waste naturaly produced. Aquaraponics utilizes this nutrient rich water by pumping it up to a grow tray where plants grow with their roots suspended in this flowing stream of water. The plants not only grow using this aquarium water, but also act as an incredible biofilter to clean the fish tank and in some cases replace other

mechanical filtration completely. The Aquaraponics kit will include everything a person needs to get started with aquaponics in their home aquarium. It includes the filter pump, aquarium hood/grow tray and plant support lid, grow light supports, net cups, grow media, starter cube, and even seeds of our favorite vegetables and herbs.
