Phidippus regius (White Bahamas) i3 spiderlings are almost gone now. You guys just cleared them out so quickly!! 🫣😲🥳

Update: All gone now! I'm hoping for more breeding success in the next few months. But in any case, it won't be until Christmas.

As this is one person show all business will be on pause.
Unfortunately, this also means I will be missing IHS and Scottish invert shows this year 🫣

Good morning, spider loving people!
What a 3 weeks was it! Three weekends of back to back shows with a heat wave in the middle 🫣
The last of three - Essex arachnid show - was such a pleasure on Saturday. Huge venue, plenty of space, delightful people 😊 I am sure this show will only keep growing and for now was really enjoying great balance of large space and comfy enviroment but still good amount of sellers and buyers!
Shipping online last week was a challenge as some of you know delaying so many spider orders after the heat created absolute mess in here but I am now caught up up to Late evening Wednesday (7 August) orders and hoping to mostly ship out rest today. Some orders might spill onto tomorrow shipping, but I will try my best to do as many as I can today!
Lastly, I have had issues with the facebook business account not updating messages for me on the app or does it days after message sent, and if you are waiting for a reply you did not get, please try texting again!
This was an ongoing issue with the app, and I think it is time to do something about it, maybe setting up whatsapp?

Do you have a burning jumping spider care question?
Ask away! I heard too much misinformation lately and would like to help out the hobby.
Please keep in mind that my credentials are keeping, breeding, and raising jumping spiders for 8 years and making enclosures specifically for Phidippus regius and turning it into my sole income.
But no actual science studies. So, all advice will be solely based on experience and trying many things out.

It is watermelon season!
Great ant exibition is upon us!
This girl will come with me to the show as a handling spider to help out older male who will be taking shorter day.
Plenty of spiders and enclosures will be at my table!

***Due to the heat wave, all live spider orders will be delayed until Monday 5th August for delivery on Tuesday 6th August. ***
All delayed orders will receive email shortly.
I understand that for some, it will be a second delay in the row, but spider safety has to come first. I understand if anyone wants to cancel their order, but I would rather lose a sale than risk shipping in the heat.

Babies of Phidippus regius (White Bahamas) started emerging today! I have rehoused them and gave female a fat waxworm 🥳
I am receiving a lot of requests to start offering them from young age and was thinking if there would be interest for them to be on the website once they start feeding. Last few years, breedings were sold before spiders got to i4 mostly in trade sales, but I am also worried for such small spiders to go to homes where keepers do not have enough experience raising babies if I post them on website

For the first show in Wigan it was buuusyyy yesterday!! Was great to see so many new people joining jumping spider keeping hobby. It felt like more than half people getting spiders and enclosures from me yesterday were new to spiders. Welcome to the hobby! 🥳🥳
Was also great to talk to all of you who had spiders from me before and showed pics of your spoodernest setups back home 😍😊

Phidippus regius (White Bahamas) is known for fertility issues, over the years I had few females laying decent amount of eggs, but this one seems to be most ferlile of them all, I might be optimistic but it looks to be close to 200 spiders there 🫣
