Message from Finder: This dog has to have a owner because he doesn't look that bad and he has a collar.Like said before we can't keep him for long, he is next door at my sisters mom's but my parents really don't want to to keep him for long because of our dog who is a sister found him in my aunts car when unloading groceries.She tried looking for the owner but no one knew.We do know that he has been outside for a few days because of one of our neighbors.But once again we can't keep him for long

She doesn’t usually like to be picked up but is very food motivated. No collar but does have a microchip. Her little sis and I are worried about her out in the cold, please let me know if she’s spotted anywhere!!
