NH Small Dog Rescue places abandoned dogs from the roads and beaches of Puerto Rico in loving New Eng We are a 100% volunteer organization.

New Hampshire Small Dog Rescue works with a network of dedicated rescuers to pick up abandoned dogs and puppies, give them the veterinary care they desperately need and place them in loving foster homes on the island until they can be flown north for adoption. New Hampshire Small Dog has so far found homes for over 300 dogs in seven states. We are a registered non-profit and a licensed home shelte

r in New Hampshire. Your contribution and participation help create joy in the lives of both the rescued dogs and their new owners. New Hampshire Small Dog Rescue works with a number of independent rescuers to take stray dogs, called SATOS, off the streets of Puerto Rico. We spay or neuter and vaccinate these dogs to get them ready for adoption. Satos are known for their sweet temper and affectionate personality.
