We have taken in these 4 babies in this past week. 2 were dumped in the parking lot at WAH and had to be hospitalized for several days, there were three originally and sadly one did pass away. The other two are two little bitty hissys were tested, had fecals, treated, and had evals.

We need help covering their costs as well. We have had a lot of medical lately and it seams to never end, but sadly it’s just the reality right now. There are so many in need, and we are trying to help as many hurt, sick and injured as we can, but we need your help to do so. I know it seems like we are always posting, asking for help, and it’s just because it never slows down. We appreciate everyone and all you do for the animals .

Mystery came thru her surgery well. She is still hospitalized and on IV antibiotics. She may be there a couple more days to monitor her. Right now her bill is at $1000 and we truly need your help with this. Our current bill is now up to $4000 and we need to get it down. Please if you can only share it is helpful .

🛑🛑🛑EMERGENCY🛑🛑🛑

I am not sure what is happening to these poor animals, but this is the second cat in the last few weeks with its leg ripped off.

This one has had her leg ripped off all the way to the hip. The bone was snapped and the skin and flesh already necrotic. Can you imagine the pain? How long was she like this before she found a kind person that reached out for help? Was this done to her quickly or was she stuck in an agonizing trap. These are the questions we will never know the answers to, but we do know she is safe now.

We are needing help with her surgery desperately. We already had a $3000 previous balance we were working on, but this poor baby could not wait.

She is having surgery today, let’s keep her in our thoughts. Please donate if you can, if not please share this post.

We come to you this Sunday afternoon to again ask for your help. Our vet bill has gotten very high again even though we have made payments, it still continues to grow as there are so many in need.

There have been some animals we have taken in, that have received care, and that we have not posted. Those and Me Beans bill was about 1500 and Hocus’s bill was over 1000. So it does all add up quickly. Our bill right now is right at $3000 and we need help to get it paid down again so we can continue to help more. The need never seems to stops, the request never stop, we can only do so much, and your help is what lets us do so. So please consider helping us so we can continue to help these babies.

We welcomed sweet Pocus today. The poor baby was taken directly to Wheelersburg Animal Hospital since the whole bottom of her lip was degloved. The poor little one can only eat slurries, basically it has to be liquified for her to open far enough to eat it .

They were able to put her mouth back together today, we just have to keep her calm and coned, and eating slurried foods. Let’s keep this little cute patoot in our thoughts as she recovers.

We cannot take these babies in to help without your help. Even with the payments that we have made over the last couple weeks, our balance is still over $2500. It’s been a revolving door that’s been non stop.

Here is our sweet Hocus sporting her sock wrap, wrapped up like a little Purrito. Her surgery went amazingly well and she is already adapting to having three legs with being pain free.

We are still unsure of how she became injured and will likely never know, but she is safe and healing. That is what matters now.

We desperately need help with her bill. Her total was $1050 for everything. Our balance right now is $3365 overall still. Please consider donating if you can, any amount helps , $1, $5, $10, $100 it does not matter, it all helps and is appreciated

Tonight we were called about an extremely sweet cat with an absolute horrendous injury. The leg is just completely mangled, there are no other words. The smell is awful, and it leaves one to wonder how long this sweet one has been left to suffer on her own, because her leg has been like this for a bit. Amputation will need to be done after evaluation so she will be headed to Wheelersburg Animal Hospital first thing in the morning.
There is a feral community where the cat was found so we feel the cat was dumped there and to protect the feral cats we won’t disclose the location.

We DESPERATELY need YOUR HELP !!! We already have a $3000 bill we are working on from the last 7 medical cases since Labor Day.

🌈💔🌈💔Love for Mr Beans🌈💔🌈💔

We are saddened to say that we have had to tell sweet Beans that we will see him at the Bridge.

Three weeks after being hit by a car, his fractures were healing fairly well, however, he still could not urinate on his own. He had to be catheterized 3 times a day and then in the last week, the urethra had started swelling so bad, he could not even be catheterized, he then had to be drained several times a day. Special medications were ordered , and sadly, those did not work either. The Dr’s at WAH even consulted with specialists to see if any surgery might be able to be done to correct the issue, and sadly, there was no surgery that could fix his problem.

So, with all that being said. And you all know we do not take the decision lightly, but with all the information we have and speaking with the Dr’s, it was decided to let him cross the Bridge peacefully.

He was such a joy, a happy sweet soul that was loved by the staff at WAH that loved and doted on him the last three weeks. We appreciate them for all they have done as we always do.

❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹Sunday update on Mr Beans❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

Our sweet little Beans is having much troubles this weekend. He’s still not been able to urinate on his own since the accident, and has had to be catheterized each day to assist him. This weekend, that did not work either. So, the Dr. was called back in to do it another way. He is on special meds that were also ordered for him. But, he may require surgery or other meds.

As of right now, the pelvis seems to be healing well and his appetite is great. For all he is going thru, he is still the most loving and sweet boy, and just wants cuddles.

As of right now, his bill alone is over 1600, and our bill total is again back up to over 2600, which all occurred since Labor Day. We have had so many in need in such a short amount of time, and we have 3 more in need that need to be seen.

We need your help with this so we can continue to take the ones in need. Please, consider donating if you are able, if not, please share. Thank you

Pellets for liter!
Using these instead of the clay liter has been a game changer !
The cats p*e breaks the pellets down to dust. Their p**p doesn't normally get covered, but it's super easy to scoop or use paper towel to remove. Just dump & refresh the box as needed 😉
As fosters, the easier the liter cleanup is, the better!
AND it's a cheaper option!
We accept any pellet donation for our foster kitties 🤗
(We do still use regular liter & accept it too)

🛑🛑🛑🛑CHECK THIS OUT🛑🛑🛑🛑 Our little feller that was hit by a car last week in Portsmouth is progressing well as far as walking. His pelvis is fractured, so he only is allowed out a few times a day for short periods as he needs rest to help to heal the fracture. Our main concern is, he cannot pee on his own still. His urethra is staying swelled and the staff is having to catheterize him several times a day asp he can pee. He’s on IV Antibiotics and there is a possibility of a special medical being used to help to treat this. Right now; we are taking it one day at a time. He remains hospitalized during this time and we really need help with our bill. Last week we had 7 to the vet, 4 of which were hospitalized, 2 of which required surgery and one awaiting surgery due to weight. We are already back uo to $2000 and his bill will grow and as we vet the ones that need rescue . ⚠️‼️⚠️UPDATE⚠️‼️⚠️ The kitty has a fractured spine. No feeling to the tail and one leg. Slight movement in the other leg. FIV and FELV neg. So, we are gonna give her a few days of hospitalization, meds and rest and hope for improvement. ‼️‼️‼️‼️ EMERGENCY ‼️‼️‼️‼️ This poor girl was attacked by a Husky today while minding her own business. She is being taken to Wheelersburg Animal Hospital right now for evaluation. We don’t know the extent of her injuries yet, but we fear her back may be broke. They are on meds and special food and their blood is still low so they are being monitored. But look at the difference treatment has made so far! From deaths door to feeling so much better! You can’t even tell they are the same kittens. Our bill at the ER is $790. We have had $415 donated so far. ‼️KITTY NEEDS MEDICAL HELP‼️ This poor cat has been suffering for a while it appears. We have been in medical intake hold but you can only do that so long with so many in need. We just have to push forward and help babies and pray for the best. He is at WAH, and this appears to be an animal bite that has abscessed and ruptured at some point. There is a lot of old and nasty granulated skin and debris crusted to him and this will require debridement. We also would like to get him snipped as well, to avoid any further issues with that. Sadly he did test positive for FIV. But he will he need placed where that will be monitored. He will needs meds as well of course. Please consider donating to his care. As you can see she can barely breath due to upper respiratory infection. She has been taken to Wheelersburg Animal Hospital. She is also flea anemic and jaundiced, her prognosis is guarded at this point.
