Today's travel companion to Honolulu. Cindy is wondering why we are up so early!?! She did an awesome job through all the airline check-in processes on this end. A lot of hoops on the landing end still to do, but we got this!

Scott Parker and Steve Dale had me in tears! We know without a doubt how amazing these diabetic alert dogs are, and we know how much they help their families, but to hear it from the families who have the dogs is so heartwarming! Hearing from families about how these amazing dogs have helped them is what keeps us trainers elevated and fuels us. Together with the Ron and Vicki Santo Diabetic Alert Dog Foundation,we are so blessed and honored to be able to play a role in uniting these special dogs with their diabetic handler's!

TRAINING TIP!

If your dog takes treats like a shark from you while training, it may help to offer food on a flat palm, like you do to feed a horse.

Also, remember your dog's kibble can be used as a reward when training rather than using treats. It is a better use of food than just feeding from a bowl.

Mia's St. Patrick's Day Litter is 5 1/2 weeks old and they are all so squishy and handsome! (oops and one is pretty!) Oh and their puppy breath is intoxicating!! They had a wonderful photo shoot!
