I was rescued from the cold Chicago streets when I was 2 or 3 years old and my mom found me at an adoption drive when she went to pick up kitty litter for her other fur babies. When she picked me up, I fell in love and she did too. Flash forward almost 8 years and we are happy as can be...mom kind of spoils me. The only hitch is that I was diagnosed with lung cancer this year. Mom is really nice a
nd doesn't want to put me through the nightmare of chemo therapy. I tried it once and it was hard on me, so she found an animal herbalist to help me get better. I see a lovely doctor who doesn't bug me too much and I take herbal pills everyday with mommy's help. Since I've been diagnosed, my mom has been educating herself as much as possible to keep my quality of life really pretty sweet. We decided we want to help others who are going through the same and we are hoping to start up some funds for cancer kitties in the near future. Despite the fact that I'm technically a senior citizen with cancer, I'm a pretty fun-loving guy. I have a favorite toy that you'll see me with a lot, an affinity for exploring the outdoors (on a leash because it makes mom more comfortable), a love for car rides and a pretty awesome geriatric brother, Samuel. I always look for trouble and am what my mother says is the epitome of a curious cat. Oh, and I like to drive the family dog nuts...even though I really love the big oaf. Thanks for being here and for taking interest in my life, my family and my unwillingness to succumb to cancer.
