Leave the wound alone for 48 to 72 hours to let Equine Plus treat the wound. After Equine Plus has been applied for 48 to 72 hours, clean the wound with warm salty water and re-apply for another 48 to 72 hours. Repeat process until the wound is completely healed. Was told that the zoos use this too for the Rhinos not sure if correct We only needed 2 applications. Was amazing and lasted a long time

I am going to out up a old case so you can see a amazing heal.
Remembering this only took a few weeks to heal not many months. The finished heal is like a 50 cent piece and we put filter back over it as spot burns. We had vet for 2 visits and we done the washing and bandaging. Imagine how much this would of cost if the vet kept coming out.

UPDATE
This wound has been a bu**er. It wa a about 2 inches deep which you cannot really see. Very sore and bandaging he was constantly rubbing and pulling of every day. We kept doing a new bandage every single day. Sinew has finally healed to a nice flat wound. So it has taken longer but happy. On way to a no scar wound.

This is a new case. Wound is 2 inches deep. So EP runs out of hole. So EP has been done around wound and a big blob before gauze cotton roll done. It is a pretty severe wound and wound would be stitched but cannot be as on knee. Horse hurt itself Friday. Was washed, dried and EP applied, redone Saturday and also today. Tomorrow applied again then left on for 3 days. He is also very sore and swelling running above wound.
