Hi, furrends!!!
I’ve been trying for years to change the name of this page to reflect the family, but Facebook refuses. Guess it’s a blessing in disguise so I didn’t have to try to change it again...
Last month, we found out Raven had tooth resorption, and had lost several teeth. She was scheduled for surgery on Sept 10th to remove the rest of the root from her most recent tooth loss, but decided after they started the anesthesia that she didn’t want to go through with any of it anymore. She refused to breathe on her own. Raven passed away before they could even do their pre-surgery dental X-rays on 9.10.24. She was 9.
Ari (9; Raven’s litter mate) is still thriving and having fun, but she’s not alone! She has Charlie (6), Ember (1 on 9.16.24), and Oliver (6 months) to keep her company!
We’ll have to think of a new name for this page and I promise I’ll get back to sharing the FUN parts of our lives, not just the sad!
