Experts find that mealworms and other insects aren't an ideal meal for Sugar Gliders, since they're primarily fat and provide little to no nutrition. Offering insects as a primary diet or even a regular treat can lead to obesity, dental issues and other maladies.

The better alternative? A consistent diet of Glide-R-Chow. It's made to give these animals what they need, nutritionally and otherwise.
