Today is monthly Cheese Breakfast Day.

Both of us were offered a strip of cheese. Gia, suspicious girl that she is, turned her nose up on the treat from heaven (well, Pappie) so Candy stole her starter portion.

Then Pappie wandered from the kitchen carrying taster balls of rolled cheese, slipping each into Candy's mouth while Gia trained woefully behind Pappie uncertain why she was being ignored in the cheese distribution event. (Gia has kicked up such a fuss in the past that we no longer attempt any pill based medication.)

At the end, each received another final taster strip of cheese. Which was Gia's sole cheese for the morning. She was happy with that and is now lying in contemplation of how to force open the fridge door, unaware that the cheese is placed in a pullout tray twice as high as she can jump.
