Lamesa Adoptable Pets We are a registered, 501(c)(3) non profit organization based out of Lamesa, Texas. L.A.P. We also assist with microchipping and providing resources where we can.

was formed, unofficially, in March of 2019, as a page meant to network shelter dogs, in an effort to reduce the rate of euthanasia in our local shelter. It wasn't until April of 2020 that our page really began gaining momentum, and things began happening fast! Since then, we've become a 501(c)(3) Non Profit corporation, and have assisted with the rescue, adoption, and rehoming of approxim

ately 1300 dogs and cats in and around Lamesa! As we grow, we continue to seek out donors, fosters, and volunteers to help with the many needs that come up. We welcome all assistance, big and small.

Is anyone looking for this pup? Does anyone recognize this face? This pup has been roaming for a bit and the finder was finally able to catch them.

This pup is on the skinny side from being stray but looks well taken care of aside from that…surely this puppy was someone’s beloved pet and they’ve been searching for them?

This sweet girl is in need of a furever home!

She is a neighborhood TNR that was recently spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped but has lost her love of the streets and is showing interest in becoming a pet. 🥹

The current cat resident is NOT happy at when she’s outside and her presence outdoors has caused behavior issues for him, likely causing her stress as well.

The sweet owner has done so much for this stray kitty and wants to find her the purrfect home!

‼️Agatha is urgently looking for a new home! ‼️

Current home is offering to pay for her spay post adoption and she is up to date on vaccinations.

She was rescued from a roadway in July as a puppy but is not acclimating to the other dogs in the home at all. Current owner believes she may do best in a home as the only pet.

Has anyone seen Sharon? She was last seen Sunday afternoon. She is 17 years old, has a limp on her right front leg and was last seen in the 100 blk of North 18th Street. If seen please handle her carefully since she does not like any kind of restraint. If anyone has information on her whereabouts they can contact her owner at (806) 200-2321.
