🌼 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆'𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆: 𝗔 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 🌼

Today was a special day for our brave little fighter, Daisy. She went back to Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital to have her staples removed, a significant step in her recovery journey. For those who may not know, Daisy was in such poor condition when we rescued her that her fragile skin tore during her initial x-ray, requiring staples to heal. But today, she walked into the vet's office as a new kitty—gaining weight like a champ at a healthy 3.5 pounds!

As we waited in the reception area, I could hear the joyful squeals from the doctors and staff when they saw Daisy again. Their excitement was contagious, and it was clear that our sweet girl has left a lasting impression on everyone who’s been part of her recovery. Daisy’s journey has been a tough one, but her resilience and the incredible care she’s received are shining through.

We couldn’t be more proud of Daisy’s progress, and we are beyond grateful for the love and support from everyone who has followed her story. Thank you to all who have donated and sent well wishes—your kindness is making a world of difference.

𝐏𝐚𝐰𝐬 𝐔𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞! 🍽️🐾

We absolutely love getting updates from our amazing adopters! One of our wonderful adopters, who has given two of our precious kitties their forever home, just sent us this hilarious and adorable photo. It seems dinner time is a serious affair in their house, with all three of their kitties watching intently, paws up on the table, eagerly awaiting a taste!

It's moments like these that warm our hearts and remind us why we do what we do. Seeing our rescue cats happy and loved in their new homes is the best reward we could ask for. Keep those updates coming—we cherish every single one!

Hey everyone! Let us introduce you to Sally, the most affectionate and fearless kitty you’ll ever meet. Sally has spent several months at the spay/neuter clinic, soaking up all the attention from the staff and visitors. She LOVES people and thrives on human interaction.

While Sally has been enjoying her time at the clinic, her boldness around the dogs coming in 😆 can be a bit too much for comfort! The team here adores her, but it’s time for Sally to find a home of her own where she can get the constant attention she craves.

Sally's ideal home would be with someone who is home most of the day to keep her company. She’s a bit of a social butterfly and needs lots of love to stay happy and healthy. Without it, she might relapse into overgrooming, and we want her to be her best self!

We are beyond thrilled to share the incredible news that Daisy has come home from Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital after spending the last two weeks in critical care. From teetering on death’s door to now acting like a normal, playful kitten, Daisy’s recovery has truly been a miracle. She still needs to gain more weight, but her progress so far has been nothing short of remarkable.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to the amazing team at Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital. The dedicated vets and vet staff have been nothing short of angels, investing their time and care into Daisy’s recovery every step of the way.

Daisy’s journey from near death to a healthy, happy kitten is a testament to the power of love and dedicated care. With every purr and playful leap, she reminds us of the resilience of these precious creatures and the impact that compassion can have.

🌟 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆'𝘀 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆! 🌟

We’re not crying, you’re crying! 😭 We are thrilled to share some absolutely purr-fect news about our sweet Daisy! Thanks to the incredible care from Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital and the amazing support and prayers from all of you, Daisy is making a miraculous recovery.

Daisy can now eat without any swallowing issues, and she’s sitting up and walking around like a normal kitty. Gone are the days of staring off into space and falling over—she’s now making eye contact and engaging with us like never before. Daisy has also put on some weight, now tipping the scales at 2.82 lbs, and has filled out beautifully!

We were so worried about her, but seeing her progress gives us hope that she’s on the road to a full recovery. We’re keeping our paws crossed that there are no underlying issues, but for now, Daisy is thriving!

𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆'𝘀 𝗦𝘄𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 😺🧵

Remember when you were little, and your mom insisted you bundle up in a jacket before going outside in the cold? Well, that’s exactly how Daisy is feeling right now! Her loving foster mommy tribe decided she needed a little extra warmth and made her the cutest sweater to wear while she’s at the clinic.

When we found Daisy, her blood sugar was extremely low, and she had a hard time regulating her own body temperature. She’s been staying cozy on a heating pad around the clock at the clinic. But now, thanks to her foster mommy, Daisy has a stylish new way to stay warm! (Fuzzy socks 🧦 are the easiest DIY sweater!)

Just look at her rocking her adorable sweater! We think she looks fabulous, even if she’s not quite convinced yet 🤭.

𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲: 𝗔 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴! 🎉

We are thrilled to share that Daisy has gained 1 pound since being at the clinic! When we found her on July 18th, she weighed just under 2 pounds and was estimated to be approximately eight months old. She was extremely malnourished and has been fighting to regain her strength ever since.

While we are unsure of the long-term effects this type of malnourishment might have on her little body, we are optimistic about her progress. We are awaiting the results of a toxin panel to better understand Daisy's prognosis moving forward. The doctors have conducted x-rays and ultrasounds, and although we remain hopeful, there is no doubt that this little soul was in very bad shape.

Whatever the outcome, Daisy has certainly etched a place in all of our hearts ❤️‍🩹 that will be there forever. We kindly ask our followers to continue to keep her in their prayers. If at all possible, please consider contributing towards her vet bills, which are currently around $3,000.

Yesterday, we had an absolute blast at the Art Jam! 🎉 Cat lovers painted beautiful pictures of their kitty cats while also enjoying some quality cuddle time with our adorable kittens. 🐾

It was a purrfect mix of creativity and cuteness, and we even managed to raise a little money to support our rescue efforts. Thank you to everyone who came out and made the day so special!

Our hearts are full, and our kittens are happily exhausted from all the love and attention. 🥰 Stay tuned for more fun events, and don’t forget—adopt, don’t shop! 🐾

We have some encouraging news about Daisy! 🌼

She’s eating better now, though she still has some trouble swallowing her wet food. When we found her, she had a terrible cough and a large wound on her neck. If she’s set up straight on her back legs and given a little bounce, she manages to swallow her food and then starts to pig out again. See the food on her nose 🤭.

Daisy is even more precious in person than words can describe. Several doctors and the entire staff at Copeland Veterinary Hospital have taken her under their wings.

Have you ever been in a hopeless situation and then out of the blue, someone steps forward to give you new hope? That’s exactly where Daisy is. We truly believe she’s fighting so hard because she can feel how hard we are fighting for her.

She has had diarrhea since being at the clinic, but we are happy to report that her bowel movements are beginning to have more form. We’re seeing little wins with every passing moment. When they say it takes a village, they really mean it. Daisy’s tribe has arrived, and we aren’t going anywhere as long as she’s improving each day.

For those of you who haven’t been following our journey with Daisy, we rescued sweet Daisy on July 18th, and she has been at Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital ever since. When we found her, she was in such terrible condition that it could have been easy to "let her go." But we chose to fight for her. ❤️‍🩹

Daisy’s journey has been heartbreaking. We don’t know how long she went without food and water, but her little frail skin tore away from her body when the vet positioned her for an x-ray, requiring staples. Daisy didn’t ask for this life, and we’re deeply sorry her time with us didn’t come sooner.

We've raised $400 of the $3,000 needed for Daisy’s care. While we anxiously worry about the resources required to continue her treatment, Daisy’s sweet, rattling purrs and her frail, shaved paws making biscuits on her hospital blanket have already stolen our hearts. Her eyes say, "I am weak, but I am still here, fighting. I can't wait for you to see me as I was before I was neglected." 🥹

We’re reaching out to our wonderful community today with a special request. Socks, a sweet and loving two-year-old female cat, is in need of a new forever home. Her current owner reached out to us for help because she feels overwhelmed by the responsibility of cleaning up after Socks. 😞

While we understand that caring for a pet can sometimes be challenging, it’s important to remember that adopting a pet is a lifelong commitment. It breaks our hearts to see animals surrendered for reasons that could be resolved with a bit of patience and love. 𝐔𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐲 🌼

We wanted to give you all an update on our brave little fighter, Daisy, currently at Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital. She’s showing some signs of improvement, and we couldn’t be more hopeful. Although still very weak and unstable, she’s trying to get up on her own. She’ll eat a little bit if we hold the bowl in front of her, and with the help of a heating pad, we’ve been able to keep her temperature stable.

Her blood sugar has stabilized, and she’s been taken off the glucose drip. We’re checking her BG every 30 minutes to ensure it remains steady. Despite everything she’s going through, she still manages to purr when we work with her. She’s such a sweet and resilient little kitten. ❤️‍🩹

A huge thank you to the wonderful staff at Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital for taking such incredible care of Daisy. Your dedication and the regular updates mean the world to us. Thank you for being there for her every step of the way! 🩺🐾

We're thrilled to share a positive update on Daisy! While she remains in critical condition, this brave little girl just popped her head up, started washing her tiny face, and even ate a little bit of food! 🥹

Here's where we stand with Daisy's care:

- 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Still critical, but showing signs of improvement.
- 𝗩𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀: She's holding her body temperature up.
- 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲: The vet has given her antibiotics, fluids, and heated air.
- 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: She's eating wet food!

Daisy is also catheterized and kept warm in a bear hugger. Despite everything, this little fighter weighs only 1.7 lbs and is approximately 6-8 months old. Her blood sugar was alarmingly low at 39, but with your prayers and support, she's holding on.

💔 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁: 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝘀𝘆 💔

We received a heartbreaking call last night about a tiny kitten found lifeless in the parking lot of Fuji. In these extreme temperatures, she was on the brink of giving up. When a brave teenage girl approached her, she mustered the strength to sit up, despite being without food or water for a very long time.

We have rushed her to Copeland’s Veterinary Hospital, and she is now in critical condition. We've named her Daisy, and she needs all the prayers and positive thoughts she can get. 🌼

Daisy's fight for survival is far from over, and her medical care will be costly. If you're able to contribute to her vet bills, any amount would be deeply appreciated. Together, we can give Daisy the chance she deserves to heal and thrive.

This was posted on another page and may help those of you who find a kitten(s). 🐈‍⬛🐱 Most shelters and rescues are full and get messages daily about kittens.

“Everyone is finding little kittens riddled with fleas. If kittens are under 2 pounds, we don’t do anything for fleas but a bath in Dawn. But please do so, especially if their gums are turning white. Otherwise, chemicals are too toxic for them if not at 2 lbs.

However, if you find a kitten that is lethargic, please give it a tad of karo syrup immediately and then a few more times an hour to get its blood sugar back up and keep it on a heating source before you give it a bath. Because no matter how warm or lukewarm your water is that you are bathing it in, a bath will drop their body temperature just a tad and that might be all it takes to slip over the rainbow bridge.

Kittens with goopy eyes should be cleaned with warm water and given Terramycin ointment in their eyes 3 times a day. You can find it at Tractor Supply or Amazon.

We can all do our part to help. Because most likely when you find one it will take days to find someone to help you with it and what you do for it in those couple of days could mean life or death. And please…

𝐃𝐎 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐈𝐓 𝐂𝐎𝐖𝐒 𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐊.

If it won't eat canned kitten food, you can give it chicken flavored baby food or kitten formula depending on age.

If you find a litter of kittens under 3-4 weeks of age, leave them alone! If they are quiet and healthy they have a mama. If they are sick and screaming, most likely they don’t. Know when to intervene and when not to.

Meet our dynamic duo, Apollo and Nova! These two adorable kittens are as close as can be, always snuggling, playing, and exploring together. 🐾✨

Currently enjoying their time in their foster home, they're counting down the days until their spay/neuter appointments on July 31. Once that's done, they'll be ready to find their forever home—hopefully together, of course! 🏡❤️

Though we have many of our own cats looking for homes, we believe in supporting all rescues and will always share cats from other organizations. We're all in this together, and we're committed to setting an example of unity and cooperation in our community.

Day after day, our volunteers have gone to clean the condos at Petsmart and have seen this beautiful, majestic angel, Aura, waiting patiently for her forever person to find her. It breaks our hearts to see her waiting. We often get requests for a solid white cat, and yet here she is, still waiting!

Friends, please help us spread the word about Aura and find her the loving home she deserves. ❤️‍🩹

Rex has been a cherished part of our cat rescue family since the day he was born. His journey started when his brave mama, Iguana, came into our care as a very pregnant young kitty. Rex entered the world in March, right in his foster home, where he quickly stole everyone’s hearts.

Recently, Rex spent three weeks at Petsmart, hoping to find his forever family, but he had no luck. Now, he’s in a new foster home, and we want to share just how special this little guy is:

🛁 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁? Rex loves to be around his human. He’s known to tightrope walk the bathtub rim while you shower, share your breakfast, and claim your pillow as his own. If you’re ignoring him, watch out—he’ll get your toes! 🐾

😻 𝗔𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗳𝘂𝗹: Rex adores having his face rubbed and rewards you with the sweetest purrs. He plays like a wild man, bringing joy and laughter to his foster home. He’s fearless, not intimidated by older cats, and ready for any adventure.

👶🏻 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗶𝗱𝘀: Rex would be a perfect companion for small children. He’d happily join a tea party or a Nerf gun fight, always ready to entertain and follow you around.

Rex’s foster family is heartbroken that people couldn’t see all of this personality while he was cooped up in a small condo. In the little time they’ve had him, Rex has brought immense joy to their house. We’re praying that our inbox is flooded with messages from people wanting to meet Rex. He truly deserves a loving home.
