Big shout out to our EWD rider Annie Messer! With the help of her instructor, Nikki Vaccaro and Leah Karenbauer, she recently passed her green horsemanship skills test and is getting so strong with every ride. Annie has a big personality, loves little kids and is as honest as they come. We have loved watching her and her familyâs horse, Cash, doing big things together this year.

We all split up this weekend. While the hunters are showing this weekend, the ranchers are practicing some roping for next weekend. #practicemakesperfect #hussle #LPproud #createyourlegacy

That is a wrap on beginner horse camp for the summer. The laughs and smiles are what makes every camp so memorable for us. We canât wait to see them all again in the future.
When the ranch pony has to fill in for the hunter horseâŠâŠ. Letâs talk about versatile.
Some great lessons lately call for some more shout outsâŠâŠ.
These two ladies are a few of our non-showing clients who still participate in weekly lessons and keep their horses in training with us. They work just as hard if not harder than some of my show clients to get better.
Mary owns Cool, an ex Reiner, who she now rides dressage. She is in her 70s and doesnât miss a day at the barn to see her bestie. Sheâs been working on getting stronger and cantering for the past several months. Cool is enjoying his new discipline and his new saddle.
Stacey owns Jubal who is a 6 yr old Registered gaited Morgan. She has been riding her whole life but mostly on the trail. Iâve been helping her to get him finished and learning all his new buttons. He is a sensitive and smart creature but Stacey is learning how to release more and be faster with her response time when needed.
We are super proud of both these ladies and look forward to helping with their continued success.

đŒOur Holly Jolly Camp on Friday was a hit!
Thank you to all our participants and camp helpers who came for the evening. đ
It must have been magicalâŠ. Glitter and sequins exploded in the lounge, laughs were heard from a far, and the ponies were tired. Canât wait for the next.
