Message from Owner: Please set up a feeding station with a ring or trail camera adding food 12 feet from the camera. Use kibble and hot dogs, or something with a strong odor so hopefully Toby will come. Fill the bowl morning and night. Do not chase. He will run. Report any sightings and then we can get a trapper and drone.

UPDATE: REUNITED!! Klaus is home safe & sound after 5 days, 11 hours :)

"Klaus has been found! We found him in our bat, scrawny but in good spirits! We are not sure whether he was down there the entire time but was sick, hiding and unresponsive during the many times we looked for him there over the course of several days, or whether he found a way outside and just made his way back. We left his food, litterbox and a blanket in an accessible place outside covered by a security camera, and he hasn't visited. Please let us know ASAP if you spot him. Thank you!

Message from Finder: My father sees this extremely friendly cat while walking on the Dutchess County Rail Trail daily. The cat will approach, accept food, and can be petted. Must be a house cat that got lost. The tail is very distinctive with its white tip.
