An Introduction...

Cheetohs are a rare breed in Australia, and are still fairly new to the ANCATS Pedigree list. We are currently the only Registered Breeder here in the West, although not the first. Joy from Wildfire Cheetohs has entrusted us to carry on in her stead. We have a gorgeous pet cat named CeCe (a Bengal X) who has a very similar look to the Cheetoh, and knowing we had wanted to work with animals for quite some time, we just couldn’t pass up this opportunity to expand our family upon seeing Joy’s stunning cats. Everything just seemed to fall into place. We can spend a lot of time with our Cheetohs and our kittens will be raised with our 4 children, our pet cat, CeCe, our Border Collie dog, Sheldon, and lots of goings on around them.

Cheetohs first originated in 2001 by crossing the Ocicat and the Bengal. What resulted was a fun-loving, playful energetic cat that is also sweet who will snuggle up to and lavish all their love upon their human companions. Cheetohs are a large breed and are generally quite muscular, with males being bigger than females. They may have the physical traits and look of a wild cat however they have the personality of a domestic cat. They are gentle, social, super friendly and suit families or anyone who is willing to give them lots of attention and enjoy everything the Cheetoh has to offer. They are very intelligent and can learn tricks such as to fetch, be taught (or in our case teach themselves!) to use the toilet, go on walks or join in on outdoor activities such as trips to the beach, and get on great with children, dogs, cats and/or other animals.

My favourite thing about the Cheetoh besides their personality is their beautiful, lush, velvety soft coats that come spotted, rosetted or marbled and feature in gorgeous colours such as chocolate, silver, blue, snow and more. They shed minimally and don’t require a lot of brushing however they do absolutely love it and it’s great for removing any loose hair as it generally sticks to the brush!

As a member and Registered Breeder with ANCATS, all our kittens will come home with pedigree papers, as well as being vet checked, desexed, wormed, microchipped and with all preliminary vaccinations. Please contact us to find out more and to join our waitlist.
