💜 Imagine this genuine moment: your beloved cat enjoying a fresh, raw meal for their very first time.♥️

But how do I transition?

1️⃣ If your cat has had no previous digestion concerns, we suggest a “cold turkey” approach to raw food—yes, the pun is intended.

2️⃣ Begin with modest portions to prevent any digestive upset. So, for the next feeding, courageously introduce them to the raw food movement. We do suggest starting with one of our leaner proteins, such as turkey.   Does your furry friend already have a sensitive tummy?

🐈‍⬛ To make the shift smoother, try mixing some canned food with a bit of raw food. Gradually, increase the raw food portion until your cat adapts to a completely raw diet. This method ensures a comfortable, authentic change in their diet.

🚫 What if my cat won’t eat raw?

Not to worry, this is not uncommon. Most cats need a bit of time to make the switch.

If your cat does not take to raw right away, mix the raw blend with canned cat food. For example, start with 1/4 raw food and 3/4 canned food. Gradually reduce the canned food until you are feeding an entirely raw diet.

Every cat is different – be patient as this can be a lengthy process!
