"Bring your sighthound sweetheart to Oasis Park on February 15th at 12 Noon for a meet up and walk. Valentine boxes will be provided so our sighthounds can bring treats to exchange with their friends. A one-mile stroll will start near the parking lot accessible from Knotts Drive and loop around The Promenade." Hosted by the Sacramento Sighthound Social Club.

It's near the veterinary hospital and is part of the Arboretum. 🐾🐾 EVERY WEDNESDAY [weather permitting] in IRVINE, 6:00 PM - Weekly Wednesday Walks with Greyhounds around the Woodbridge North Lake (https://www.facebook.com/groups/2108315129251073). “We meet every Wednesday at 6PM (weather dependent) in Irvine, CA, in the Lakeside Plaza on the Southeast corner of Lake and Barranca. Bring your hounds, your friends, your family. Also bring p**p bags (while there are some stations around the lake, sometimes they get raided and there aren’t any). We typically park in the open space in the center of the parking lot, as the driving school tends to drive pretty quickly around the edge of the lot. just trying to keep everyone safe. 🐾🐾 EVERY SATURDAY in SAN DIEGO - BALBOA PARK, 10:00 AM. - Balboa Park, 2131 Pan American Plaza, San Diego, CA. "Balboa Park Walk: Walkers meet every Saturday morning between 10:00 am and 10:15 am in Balboa Park on the grassy area between the stop sign at the end of President's Way and the Comic-Con museum. They socialize there for a few minutes so you don't need to rush if you're running a little late. The meet up occurs every weekend, rain or shine, but you might want to check the weather and scheduled events in the park relative to your own comfort and preferences before attending. The walk includes three rest stops and typically lasts just over an hour. Those who don't want to walk as far sometimes turn back early or meet up at one of the rest stops. All dogs must be on leashes and a human must be holding on to the leash at all times. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Please remember that you are always responsible for your own safety and the safety of your dogs." The meet up occurs every weekend, rain or shine, but you might want to check the weather and scheduled events in the park relative to your own comfort and preferences before attending. It's an easy walk through the park and along the water with early turn back options for those wanting a shorter walk. Typically, this walk is a bit smaller with more open space than the Balboa Park walk. It might be better suited for dogs new to group walks. All dogs must be on leashes and a human must be holding on to the leash at all times. Retractable leashes are not permitted. Please remember that you are always responsible for your own safety and the safety of your dogs. Walk at your own risk."
