Our Cricket Glow Powder contains an EPA-certified, non-toxic dye that absorbs photons from UVA light and releases them as visible light. This process creates a glowing effect that makes crickets easier to spot in the enclosure. The glow effect is temporary and fades within a few minutes, depending on the moisture level of the feeder insect it's applied to. As with all our products, Cricket Glow Powder is rigorously tested to meet safety standards. Check out the ingredient breakdown below! 👇 💡 Aren’t blacklights damaging? True blacklights emit very low levels of UVA light, which is not harmful to your reptiles when used sparingly for observation.
