Lil' Bit Aussies, AKC Miniature American Shepherds We strive to provide quality puppies to loving homes, where they will be life-long companions to work, play and be loyal, loved, spoiled family members!

All of our dogs are registered with the American Kennel Club, the AKC now registers these wonderful little dogs as "Miniature American Shepherds". The Miniature American Shepherd is a herding dog that was developed by selectively breeding small Australian Shepherds for their desired smaller size. It is a compact dog with a strong work ethic. As such, they have been lauded by enthusiasts as an exce

llent choice for dogs sports such as herding, agility and flyball. In June 2012 the AKC recognized the Miniature American Shepherd as a new developing breed and gave the breed Foundation Stock Service ("FSS") status. The AKC provides this service to allow breeds to continue to develop while providing them with the security of a reliable and reputable avenue to maintain their records. Our Puppies are raised in our home as part of our family and are loved with all of our hearts! It's is our goal to produce happy, healthy, sound, well socialized puppies. Great temperaments, beauty, intelligence, and work ethic are a must. We research our dogs' pedigrees so we could find the best dogs to be the parents of your puppy. All of our puppies and adults are on a very strict medical program including vaccinations, preventative shots, scheduled de-worming, heart worm preventative, parasite control, and a high quality dog food. Puppies all go home with a packet of information, food and we will be here for lifelong support when you have questions. We are VERY dedicated to keeping all our puppies out of shelters or rescue. If for whatever reason an owner cannot continue to keep one of our puppies, we will happily welcome it back until we can rehome it to a suitable situation. We feel responsible for every dog we breed and love to hear how they grow up.
