Wow and here we are again everyone - my new home! Just letting you all know that I have settled back home and everything is working to plan. Who would have thought from Hel on Wheels to Hel on Salon! 🤣. My days and hours again are Monday - Thursday with daily appointments of 0800, 1000 and midday at the moment. This may change as we move towards the summer months. I currently groom only small and medium dogs and unfortunately no de-shedding due to my environment. I have a couple of spots available for new clients, so send a message if you need to book your pup in. Onwards and upwards!!

One so far on my couch today as I wind down here at the authentic salon that I have groomed at since post the fire. Time to move and see what this working from home feels like. I imagine, lots of coffee!! I will catch up on messages once I am moved and I have all clients sorted. Hello Everyone

Just a quick note to say that the winter bugs have found me and unfortunately I am down for the count. I have been advising my clients daily about the probability of having their grooms completed so far, .however I have now received medical advice to rest. So for those affected, I will be in touch over the coming days about finding an alternative grooming time and date for you. In the meantime, please seek another grooming service if your fluffy best friend is in real need and we can get back together on their next groom. If you have any concerns about your current bookings, please just private message me on this page and I will get back to you when I am able. Apologies for the inconvenience caused....

Hello Everyone:

Wow where has this year gone!! Just to let you know, my salon will be closed from 4th - 21st May. We are finally heading away for an overseas trip to wash away the past few years of Covid and our fire. Yes it is now 3 years nearly to the day that I lost my van!! On that note, I am also in the process of preparing to move my business again unfortunately. I will be sure to let everyone know what is happening once I have things worked out and ready to go again. All current appointments that are booked will be fine. In saying that, there are no appointments until mid to late June now. SO...thanks to all my lovely clients for supporting us and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Hi Everyone

Just thought I would share my recent purchase with you. I have invested in a hammock. They have been around a while, but it took me some time to find one I liked. This is a small but fits most of my dogs. The dogs themselves look unimpressed, however they are well supported and basically just hang there very relaxed whilst I attend to their feet and nails and sometimes matted tails! ! I am now thinking of buying another couple of sizes to ensure I cater for everyone.

It is Friday and my LAST day of grooming for 2023! What a busy and WEIRD year it has been for us all! I will be CLOSED now until 8th January 2024 and at this stage, January and the first two weeks of February is FULL with bookings post the Christmas break. Please be sure to CHECK in early if you need to change your appointment for next year, otherwise a very special THANK YOU to you all for your continued support of my dog grooming service 🥰. I will be reviewing my PRICES over the break and there will be some minor CHANGES regarding my pick up and drop home service and grooming costs. In the meantime, I wish you all GOOD TIMES with family and friends over Christmas and a POSITIVE and HAPPY New Year!!

Wow Pawsha, it was 2018 when you came to me for our first groom together, or was it that I came to you then back then in my mobile van. A couple of weeks ago, this sweet girl crossed over at a right old age of 15 years! It was a very sad day - and thanks to her loving parents, I got to say goodbye for real. Thank you for letting me take care of your beautiful Pawsha, I will miss her very much. 😘

Hi Everyone:

After such a long time of feeling unsettled and a little lost, I have now decided to increase my weekly availability to four days a week. Mon, Tues, Wed and Thurs. So if any of my clients know of others seeking a groomer for small or small/medium dogs, please direct them to my FB page (message) - I will be happy to hear from them. I have a few spaces available but they will snap up quickly, so make sure they get in quick. In the meantime, remember to keep brushing your furry beasts - especially during these winter months as they will pick up so much debris during their walks. The key is to get onto it as soon as they dry so the mats don't form. I look forward to seeing your pups soon for their precious pampers.

I wanted to pay tribute to sweet Jenny who crossed the rainbow bridge early last week. I had the pleasure to groom her just prior to her journey over and will miss her a lot. Jenny was one of two sweet spaniels who came to my service in September 2019 - all the way from South Africa! Jones unfortunately crossed over in 2021 and Jenny continued with me until it was her time to go and catch up with Jones last week :-(. Thank you to her owners for trusting me with their care and I wish them well as they deal with their loss. Jenny, your job is now done, RIP sweet girl.

Update since 28th March post:

I now have new made plans once the sale of the farm takes place, so you will be pleased to know that I will now be able to continue to groom your beloved pups moving forward. For now I will remain at the farm until it sells, and then make my next move. I will be sure to let you all know the necessary details in due course. In the meantime, thanks again for your patience and loyalty during these challenging times!!

Hello Everyone:
Here I am at cross roads again. My current home for grooming is now up for sale and I am looking for a new home. In saying this, I am extremely grateful to my client and friend who took me in after our fire. I wish them a quick sale and a happy future wherever they end up :-). The property goes to auction and I would need to move by mid May at the latest. I am looking for somewhere with water (hose connection for hydro bath) and electricity. Hoping to pay a rental more than take a lease. I appreciate it is a lot to ask but I am also aware it is important to stay in the grooming industry due to demand out there. I will continue to look after you all until I either find a place or have to make the decision to close. Please PM me if you have any concerns or questions, I really appreciate your continued support as I work my way through this. 😊
