The mission of Angels Helping Animals Worldwide is to transport rescues from areas where there is an overabundance of stray, homeless, and endangered animals to areas where there is a shortage of adoptable pets and to facilitate the adoption process. AHAWW rescues dogs from islands devastated by hurricanes, areas where there are earthquakes, communities in need, puppy mills in Pennsylvania, Death

Row Dogs of New York, and areas with over populations due to lack of spay and neuter programs. AHAWW saves dogs from the US Virgin Islands, Florida, South Carolina, Virginia, Bermuda, and locally. We work with the community and collaborate with other welfare organizations to rescue at risk animals. AHAWW provides medical and emotional support while finding rescues loving and caring permanent homes on Martha’s Vineyard, throughout New England. We assist with spay and neuter costs for pets adopted through our program, in addition to educating the communities we serve on preventative medicine practices such as for heartworm and tick borne illnesses. All pets that come into our care receive a medical assessment that will often include blood tests, vaccinations, deworming, and sometimes surgery.

🐾💕PLEASE SHARE💕🐾

Here are Brindle and Independence (Brindie on the left, Indie on the right). They are 5 year old spayed female Pomeranians. Very happy. Love to run and play but very shy. Their foster has been working on cuddling. Cats - unknown. Children - would not be a good fit since these girls are shy.

Patches "patch" is a 4 year old hw negative fully vaccinated and spayed love bug! She is great with all other dogs, cats and kids. She is house trained and creat trained. She knows how to sit, shake and lay down.
She is a very quiet (does not bark unless someone new come to the door) she is perfectly fine taking naps all day and taking a walk or playing in the evening. She walks great on a leash and LOVES her treats.

Meet Dobby
Meet Dobby

Dobby is in desperate need of a foster/adopter. Dobby is a fully trained adult Plot Hound that was trained through the Leash to Life Program at the Mccormick State Detention Center. The Leash to Life Program is a program run by Humane Society of McCormick County where multiple rescue dogs live with Prison residents and they are coached by Ferry Good Dog Training ‘s Owner Ben Ferry (Island Native) to make these pups more adoptable. We are desperately trying to find Dobby a foster home so that we can bring him to some adoption events up here in the North where we know everyone will fall in love with his calm sweet demeanor and open up a spot at the Prison to help another rescue pup get the training they need to get adopted.
