Fancy 4yo 16.2hh Colman gelding for top level sport!
This talented youngster has had the very best start and is ready for you to chase your dreams. With a superb scopey elastic, balanced and careful jump, wonderful paces and the best temperament and work ethic you could wish for, you dont want to be competing against this one. He feels like a straight showjumper but he would also make a top eventer.
Sire Colman has sired countless 1.60m showjumpers! Out of a well bred TB mare with hard to find Sir Tristram, Precipitation, Fair Trial (Son-in-law) lines.👌

I love weekends when I get sent messages from riders and owners of our horses that are out competing and doing us proud!

This is a lovely message I received from Jennifer Wood who owns and rides Dakota Cera Z.

“2025 done for Dak! She’s done 4 entire shows without a fault. She is beyond perfection. She’s on holidays now! Couldn’t wish for a better horse 💞🫶🦄
Thank you Kerri, she is the greatest horse ever!”

It makes me so happy! Well done Jennifer Wood! You guys look fantastic out there.

How good do they look!?!? 🚀🦄😎

Queensland competitor Zavanah Cochran is the one to catch after the first two rounds of the Equestrian Life Australian Children’s Championship.

The very talented 14yo rider on her 15yo gelding ‘Cera Cadett’ absolutely blew the field away when fourth last out in a 19-combination jump-off from 43 terrific nominations in this class.
How good does the future look!

Needing to chase down the 40.97 sec time posted by Victorian rider Malena Tomsic on her gelding ‘Secret Crush’ five horses earlier, it was pedal to the metal the moment Zavanah and her impressive mount crossed the timers and with wonderful balance and fabulous lines they shaved an incredible 2.93 seconds off the leader’s score!!

The final two horses in the field knew what they had to but unfortunately both drew 4 faults to see the round win comfortably going to this rising star in the sport of Show Jumping.

The final of the Equestrian Life Children’s Championship will be held in the Pet Circle Arena 1 on Saturday at 7.30am.

It’s totally worth getting out of bed and down to the stunning Boneo Park Equestrian Centre for, these kids are incredible!

Please come and support them, it’s FREE entry and come and witness first hand just how amazing the future of Show Jumping in Australia is looking.

We wish all the finalists the very best for the biggest stage in their young careers and can’t wait to see who our champion for 2025 will be!

Round two results:

1st : Zavanah Cochran and ‘Cera Cadett’ 38.04 secs
2nd : Malena Tomsic and ‘Secret Crush’ 40.97 secs
3rd : Nellie Tudenham and ‘Double J Image’ 42.17 secs
4th : Georgina Pillar and ‘Joselands Patrick’ 43.12 secs
5th : Harriet Smith and ‘Oaks Conspiracy’ 44.05 secs
6th : Ruby Milway and ‘Ulouve B Z’ 44.70 secs
