Georgia Winter Camp 2023 is only days away from starting. Looking back through some videos has gotten us excited about the dogs we have going to camp this year. We take a select number of dogs and are excited to watch each of them grow in their individual development. Each are unique.
Some of the regulars that have spent time with me before are starting to make their way in for training and continuing on their already solid foundations and development. Some are derby dogs that have just completed their very first full hunting season and now I can really fine tune them for the approaching broke dog season. Some are seasoned broke dogs who need some refresher to stay the corse and get dialed in for competitions. Others are new to our program. Some for companion hunting dogs, others to start out and see what it means to be born a field trial bird dog.
I am very fortunate to work with these amazing animals and learn from them daily. I only take on a select number of dogs to work with at a time. This ensures that each dog gets the attention and training that they deserve and my clients expects. I was told long ago by a dear friend and fellow GSP owner to “expect and then inspect”. And I believe my clients do just that. I work hard every day & pray that I can deliver to their expectations. I’m grateful to each and every single client that entrust me with their dogs and allow them to be trained and handled by me. I’m thankful to God every day, who allows me to do what I love.
