🌟 **PLEASE HELP – Our Little Cat Rescue Needs YOU** 🌟

Stokey Cats & Dogs = Local rescue. No kill. Big hearts. Big needs.

Hi everyone,

We're reaching out because our special, small local charity is finding things increasingly tough and we need your support more than ever.

🐾 We are a small team working every day to care for cats who’ve been abandoned, injured, or simply without a loving home. Right now we’re facing rising costs for food, vet bills and shelter whilst donations have dropped.

**Why it matters:**
Every cat taken in often comes with medical costs: scans, x-rays, dental work, long-term care. The adoption fees do **not** cover expenses. If more of us step up, we can keep paws padding, tails wagging, and hearts warm. Your kindness will help us ensure no cat is left behind.

We are reaching out to our wonderful community for help as we face increasing financial challenges in running our rescue.

The daily costs are becoming very difficult to meet 😔

The costs for food, cat litter, and puppy pads for our feline friends are rising.

On top of it, we have on going veterinary costs for check ups and medications for the cats with pre-exisiting conditions, and unfortunately, we are unable to help more cats in need due to these struggles.

Therefore we have no other option than ask our supporters for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated and could significantly impact the lives of the cats we care for.

The costs for food, cat litter, and puppy pads for our feline friends are rising.

On top of it, we have on going veterinary costs for check ups and medications for the cats with pre-existing conditions, and unfortunately, we are unable to help more cats in need due to these struggles.

Currently, we lack foster carers and space for vulnerable cats, including pregnant ones giving birth in unsafe environments, on the streets, under the sheds, in the bushes.

We have found a small space that could serve as a long-term foster home, but the requested rent of £550 per month is daunting, especially since our fundraising efforts have stalled without any recent events. If we had regular fundraisers then maybe it would be possible but at the moment it's a risk to take 😔

Therefore we have no other option than ask our supporters for help. Any contribution, no matter how small, would be immensely appreciated and could significantly impact the lives of the cats we care for.

Missing Cat

Have you seen Luka?

He has been missing since Sunday 19 October and lives near windus walk n16 6pp

Luka is a 4 year old semi long haired tabby with white markings. He has a big long fluffy tail.

He normal wears a collar with a bell but might have lost it.

Please spread the word! Boo is STILL MISSING as of Oct 09, 2025, last seen in Greater London, England SW20 0RN near Coombe Lane

Update: Still no sign of our gorgeous girl. A week today and nothing...we're all heartbroken 💔
