We fixed your bedroom, finally put in those ceramic tiles so you won’t get the carpets so dirty. We replaced the pump in your lagoon so it splashes a bit more, and the rose buffet was stunning this year, mostly because you didn't eat them before they opened. You wouldn’t believe the pumpkins in the garden, either. I don’t know how I would’ve kept you out of there because my god they look delicious. We even made the trails a little wider now, and made sure there was a spot for all of your friends. There’s enough room for you to walk beside me when I visit them now, which was unnecessary because it doesn’t matter where I go, you’re always beside me.

Happy birthday, monkey. I miss you so much.
