Friendly Reminder on Cancels/Changes to an appt
🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄
When canceling or requesting a scheduled appt to shift to a new date, we need to know this wherever possible BEFORE your appt confirmation has been sent. Once that has been sent, your appt is set along with 4-5 other clients on that particular groomer's route. When you notify us after receiving the appt confirmation, we then have to shift all the other clients times on the route. Not always an easy task as clients have already made arrangements for the original time given. Thank you to all the clients who are flexible on arrival windows.

Currently we send notifications out 3 days prior to an appt. In 2024 we will be changing this to 5 days prior. We know sometimes things change suddenly and it is difficult to notify us but we are asking that for those known changes (vacations, vet visits, etc) to a schedule, please give us a good amount of time (6 days or MORE is preferred--we don't mind weeks or months in advance) where you can. Most all clients will have received their 2024 dates by the end of January. Working diligently on dates now. We appreciate you understanding and your help in this matter.

MOBILE PET SPAWS CREDIT 💰💵💰💵💰💵💰💵💰💵💰

Greetings from Mobile Pet Spaws! We are gearing up for a very busy Fall season this year. We have added two new groomers which brings our team to 7 full time groomers. With these new additions comes great news....our availability has increased significantly!

Here's where we need your help. Get new clients-> enter to win $100 CREDIT for a future groom appt. We are having drawings on the last day of the month in October, November and December 2023. Yes, that is 3 separate drawings. There will be 3 NAMES drawn per month, which means there will be 3 WINNERS each month. Here's how to enter the drawing and earn some Mobile Pet Spaws credit for a future groom:

1) Share the attached flyer on any social media platform you use. The more the merrier. Suggestions are Facebook (personal or neighborhood pages), Instagram, Nextdoor.

2) Once we receive a form from someone you referred to us and they get set up for a groom, your name gets entered into each of the drawings. Your name needs to be added to the groom request form under How Did You Hear About Us in order to qualify for a drawing.

3) Drawings will be held on the last day of Oct, Nov, Dec 2023. Once you've won a drawing, your name is removed from any further drawings. Your name will only be entered one time for each month's drawing (not per referral).

4) If your name is drawn, we will notify you within 24 hours of the drawing that you have won. Names of each month's winners will also be shared on our Mobile Pet Spaws page.

This contest begins Thursday Sept 21. Any referrals starting from Sept 21 that get set up for a groom will get your name added to the drawing(s). Contest runs until Dec 31. Share the attached flyer as many times and as many places as you like. We will notify you once your name has been added.

BONUS: If anyone gets us 5 REFERRALS OR MORE (referrals must get a groom appt set up), you will automatically receive $100 off a future groom. This begins Sept 21 and expires Dec 31 as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Once a flyer is shared, people will have questions. If they should ask questions, please ask them to submit a groom request form and we will reply to them promptly with an estimate, availability and any other questions they may have.

Feel free to send a screenshoot of your shares! We'd love to know when the flyer is shared and where so we can prepare for some possible new groom request forms in your area. You can screenshot those shares and send to [email protected]. This is not required for the contest entry though.

Policy Reminder (Arrival Times)

Each groomer will send you a text when they are approximately 20-30 min away. Please keep mind that we now have a 3 hour arrival window (effective 7/1/22). We could arrive up to an hour prior to the appt time received as well as up to 2 hrs beyond. The 2 hrs beyond would be a very rare occurrence but groom arrival times can be affected greatly by grooms that go way over the estimated time as well as traffic delays.

It is our goal to arrive as close to the appt time sent but please know that the time you receive is an estimate only. We do our best to notify you if running ahead of schedule or if we are delayed.

Hello all! If you received dates for all of 2023 from us, we ask that you review these closely and add them to your calendar. While we know events and plans can change, we ask that you notify us at least TWO WEEKS prior to any dates if a date does not work. If you know 2 months in advance, even better.

We are getting a lot of cancels or requests to shift appts when the 3 day alerts go out. Unfortunately this allows us little time to fill that spot and we also have to shift other clients times since they also got their confirmations on the same day. Thank you for helping us out with this!
