Do not adjust your screen, this enormous carrot came out of the garden today and Bobby claimed it as his very own. It's nearly as big as him!

My heart has joined the thousand, for my friend stopped running today.

Elly went to sleep this morning very gently and softly with Bobby and I telling her how much we love her.

Little Bobby then rested his head on her paws and very sweetly had his moment to farewell his amazing sister.

Elly was the bravest, strongest and sweetest spirit I've ever known. I'm so lucky to have been able to spend so much time with her. We are incredibly proud of how she has stayed with us for nearly 8 years and battled all the health issues and dental work to keep coming back. She is a miracle bunny.

After a blockage in October we knew her little body wasn't able to match her mighty spirit and that we didn't have too much longer as a family. We've filled these few months with quality time, reading, zoomies and made the most of every moment.

Elly has sat and enjoyed story time and movie time with me and groomed me and booped me and snuggled everyday. I am going to miss her every second.

It took a village to keep Elly going this long, Bobby and I send our love to Elly's mom and to all Elly's extended family who have helped us with support, advice, food, bunny sitting and keeping her in their thoughts.

And to Kelburn Vets and all the team your love and patience have helped Elly keep bouncing back and kept our miracle bunny going for an extra 6 wonderful years

Thank you Kat and Corrinne for your support today and helping me through the hardest moments.

I will mourn her passing but I'll also celebrate the long, happy and very loving life of someone who has made me a better person and made everyone smile who met her. Love you Ellyboo.

It's been a long 7 days for Miss Elly. Three teeth were extracted last week, making a total of four this year. She's doing well and bouncing back like the lil trooper she is. The bravest and strongest soul I've ever known. Love her to bits x

A very long weekend in and out of the vets for miss, she's started to bounce back but she's tired. Sat in their room this afternoon and read outloud to them, both started flopping and tooth purring. Never done this before but it was lovely. Elly seems to like poetry and was looking at me like this while I read.
