Thank you to everyone who braved the cold to support us at our annual meeting today. We had a great turnout and covered a lot of ground. We discussed and voted in some much needed changes for 2025.

We will posting the meeting minutes as soon as they are available. You may also watch the live from today’s meeting as well on our page.

For those that just want to see what’s going on for 2025, we will be offering our Annual Meeting via Facebook live Sunday, 2/2/25 at 1pm.

This is only a watch and listen event. You will NOT be able to propose changes or vote. So If you are a member and plan to propose changes and vote, you must do so in person.

Our Annual meeting is coming up!

Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 1pm.

The meeting will be held in the Community Room of the Harvey-Mitchell Memorial Library.

151 Main Street, Epping, NH 03042

There will be light refreshments available.

Everyone is invited as there will be a lot topics on our agenda. We will be posting the agenda very soon. BUT top on the list will be the election and re-election of our Officers and Directors. If you are interested in being part of our team, we do have room for two more directors. Interested??? Please reach out to us.

You DO NOT need to be a member to attend our meeting. You can just come to hear about what’s to come for 2025.

You DO need to be a member to propose any changes and to vote.
