Our Story
Welcome to the LTD Horseshows 2020 Year! We are excited to have you be a part of our horse shows! We have some of the most wonderful exhibitors in the area! The atmosphere is casual, yet professional. It is our desire for you to improve your ride from show to show. Our prizes last year were fantastic! However, there is always room for improvement. We have many new sponsors and will offer cash year end prizes, along with designer crystal pieces, silver champagne buckets (filled) and trophies as well! The children’s prizes are wonderfully useful and decorative, custom made ribbon racks, large silver trays, plaques and medals. The schedule will now offer the new 2’6” Thoroughbred division VHSA offers! In addition, we have over $2000.00 in sponsorships and money for the T.I.P. (Thoroughbred Incentive Program) divisions. We also have retained the very popular Maiden Hunter, which allows for any person (adult or child) to ride horse or pony. You can trot the fences in that division too, so it is perfect for those green ponies, and horses. There are plenty of schooling opportunities as well. Also, we offer an opportunity for warm-up in any division over fences. We also offer the VHSA Equitation divisions for both children and adults. We are very knowledgeable on maximizing your showing dollar! Please feel free to sign up (low cost) to receive year-end awards with our affiliates, VHSA, DCAHSA, BHSA, SCHSA, T.I.P. and ours of course! All of the affiliates have wonderful year end awards, gift and sometimes money! As always we offer monthly drawings for FREE divisions from our page, and our competitors at each show. Just fill out a ticket when you arrive and we add it to our drawing group. One is picked each show! They accumulate, so if you attend a lot of shows you will have a lot of chances! This year we will be re-locating to a new venue at the Clarke County Fairgrounds, at 155 Berryville,VA. Because we are growing, you will see lots of new faces and a new venue! The venue offers a lovely, spacious ring with great footing. There is ring side parking and plenty of opportunity to have a good vantage point to observe the competitors. T Of course we will offer the same quality concessions, but there have been some improvements with some gourmet choices, like chicken salad on croissant ect... We also offer hot breakfast! There are both in and out gates to keep things moving, two gate people, and several new administrative faces. Please take the time to get to know them! We love making new acquaintances and are here to make your showing experience fun, educational and rewarding. There is constant commentary about how kind, helpful and knowledgeable our staff is. We really desire to not only maintain that quality but improve as we grow! Welcome to our third year! We know it will be our best yet, thank you for being a part of our growing family!
