Happy Retirement sweet Daisy Virginia. Well deserved for sure.
Daisy blessed many of you as well as us with so many beautiful, lovable, social, well behaved and sometimes crazy kittens! As she has officially entered retirement today, I can’t wait to see her with her future grand babies from Holly Kate and Charlee.

It’s been week at the Cattery, to say the least. Daisy and Holly Kate were due right around the same time. Daisy decided she’d be first on September 26th. It was a very stressful and painful delivery for her. It broke our hearts. She ended up with a single viable kitten. (The one on the far right) it saddens us to share this, but for the safety and health of our precious “Daisy Duke” we’ve decided the best option for her will be to retire her. She’s been an amazing mom to all her litters, and Mackies and Holly Kates! She’s done her job and has done it very well. I know in my heart she’s blessed many of you with loveable, adventurous, adorable kittens. Which makes the decision a little easier. And I know she’ll be the best teacher to Charlee when it comes time for her first litter❤️. She may even spend some of her retirement at college with Hanna!

Holly Kate loved on and snuggled her sibling while awaiting her own babies. We woke up September 30th to 3 babies born right next to Daisy and baby! She and I’m sure Daisy did it all by themselves! HK may be a diva but she rocks labor and delivery with the best of them. ❤️

And of course again, just like last litter they require to be together 24/7. Both mothering all 4. I’m honestly happy that they were due together so Daisy can love up on Holly Kates, help raise them, one last time
