I'm lucky with my two. Neither are allergic to anything. But if your dog struggles with an unidentified food intolerance (e.g. regularly goes off it's food or has frequent tummy upsets and loose stools), then a good option to try is a novel protein. That is, something it probably hasn't come across in it's regular dog food.

Meats such as Venison or our new Rabbit are not only great sources of protein, but also new to most dogs.

Time for a change.

Our stock of Arion Sterilized reaches its best before on 18/08/21 and won't be getting replaced.

If anyone would like any at £10/12kg, before I donate it to SSPCA, let me know by Wednesday.

We do now stock food from the Lifespan suitable for weight control of which I will post details.

The eagle-eyed amongst you may have noticed a change in our name and a strange new logo. Well for the moment everything is staying the same and we'll continue to supply Arion to our loyal customers. But we'll also be introducing you to our new product - Lifespan. A range of excellent dog food with Gluten Free and Grain Free options, all with excellent ingredients and exciting recipes.

We are happy to announce our REOPENING!!!

Get your coats trimmed and tails at the ready for the play dates at Mearns Canine Lodge to resume!

We will be opening our daycare from the week commencing Monday 15th March.
However, we will only be opening our daycare for 3 days a week- Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
We sincerely apologise if this causes any inconvenience and can promise that in the coming weeks we will be back to our usual 5 days a week.

From everyone at Mearns Canine Lodge- We cannot thank you enough for your constant support throughout such a hard year. We are all looking forward to seeing our furry friends playing away once more, seeing our now grown up lockdown puppies and hopefully meeting some new fluffy faces to join our family!

For any new customers who have kindly messaged us over this period of being closed, please message us again and we can organise an introduction for your fur-baby!
