Sunshine Healthy Meals for Dogs is a family-owned business on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast providing our canine family members with high quality, good-for-them meals. Sunshine Healthy Meals for Dogs began when our family puppy, Roxey, a Tenterfield Terrier, required a healthier diet than what was available from the supermarket. On our Vet’s recommendation, some foods were deleted from Roxey’s diet
and we concentrated on giving her a variety of high quality, nutritional food. Roxey’s skin improved and on this diet, she lived until 17 and a 1/2. Now…
Through Sunshine Healthy Meals for Dogs, we’d like to offer your dog the same quality of diet as we provided Roxey. Each container of food is hand-prepared and is made from only the best ingredients available at the time of cooking. At Sunshine Healthy Meals for Dogs, we are proud to provide meals which are good for all-round health, and which even the fussiest eaters are happy to eat. We’ve put together our Menu to provide everyday nutrition but many of the meals in our Menu are excellent for dogs with itchy skin, such as Fish Feast, Roo Hotpot, Chicken Chow, Chicken Munch and Tasty Turkey Loaf. If your dog has special dietary requirements due to ill-health, such as diabetes, we can work with you to tailor-make their meals so they can eat a variety of nutritional meals to support their condition’s treatment. It’s good to always know that they continue to enjoy deliciously healthy food made just for them as they go through their journey. We do not include ingredients which are known to cause harm to dogs (such as onions, leeks, garlic). You may wish to complement your dog’s diet with bones or raw foods however our meals are an excellent source of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins and fats on which to base your best friend’s daily food intake.
