Our "little" boy George went to the Gonzales shows and was awarded Reserve, Winners Dog (twice), and Best of Winners (three times and all for majors) over the six shows. Pending AKC confirmation he is now a finished champion! 🏆

Team Rye had a great weekend at the Jambalaya Cluster in Gonzales, LA with six breed wins in some very good lineups of Giants. The working groups were tough with so many #1 working dogs (Dane, Boxer, Corso, Dogo, etc.) at these shows. Not much success in the groups until the last day when Rye won the working group specialty! And to top things off, he earnd his CGC and CGCA titles over the weekend as well.

He was the Best In Show winner at the 2021 AKC National Championship as well as the 2022 Giant Schnauzer Club Of America National Specialty Winner. He is the winner of 11 All-Breed Best In Show wins and 48 Working Group First wins.

Giant congratulations to Emmylou (Lagniappe’s Incredible Journey) and Laurie! They went High in Trial today at Emmy’s very first AKC Novice Scent Work trial. And her times were 4.5 seconds or less in all four searches.
