**HAPPY TAIL TUESDAY PEOPLE FRIENDS!!**
I like my new little brother Worthy Wolf. I like him so much, that I am even willing to share my food with him! (As you know, I am quite fond of my food, so sharing it isn't my usual behavior.) But my new puddy sibling is really quite sweet, very smart, and blind like me. I think he sort of needs me. And maybe, I need him a little bit too. In one of my mom's Facebook cat groups, someone posted: "Describe a cat in three words."
My mom's answer was: "Furry purring love."
What is your three word description of a cat?
Mine would obviously be: "Fierce House Tiger."
I think we kitties should get to describe a human in three words. I have a few suggestions.
1) Bringer of food.
2) Scooper of poop.
3) Petter of fur.
And, for my mom and dad, as well as all of my faithful followers:
4) Lover of cats.

**HAPPY TAIL TUESDAY PEOPLE FRIENDS!!**
So far it has been a bad year for storms by our big old house. Tonight, for the second out of the three Happy Tail Tuesdays so far this May, there have been bad thunderstorms and tornado warnings. Lightning struck right across the street, and there was a huge cracking noise! It woke us all up! I don't like big booming thunder. I especially don't like the tornado sirens! The sirens are right across the street at the fire station, and they are very loud! All of us kitties get scared and out of sorts during bad weather. But mom says our big old house is not likely going anywhere, since it has been weathering storms since 1898! So we will all snuggle in our safe bubble on the first floor with blankets until the storms pass. I hope all of you are safe too! - TBJC. 🐅🧡

Many of you know that I have a little kitty sister named Isabella. My mom calls her "Muffin" or "Muffy-Muffington." Isabella is a Ragdoll puddy. She was born without eyes. But that doesn't stop her from doing anything. Ever. She gets around our big old house just fine. She never wants to be told that she can't do something. She is sassy as can be! She loves my dad's shower. Here she is playing with a toy mousy in the shower. When you are looking for a cat to join your family, please consider those of us with different abilities. My mom and dad say they are sure happy that they did! - TBJC. 🐅🧡
**HAPPY TAIL TUESDAY PEOPLE FRIENDS!!**
Today it was 68 degrees by our big old house! 68 degrees in February in Wisconsin! So mom let me out on the downstairs catio. Since it had been months since I was out there, I had to sniff everything. Mom said that I won't be able to go out tomorrow though. It is supposed to drop to 19 degrees overnight tonight! She said today was an unexpected surprise. It made me very happy. I have therefore decided something. I am going to treat each nice day that I get to go on the catio as a special event! Even if it's June, July, or August. I will think--"Wow! I can't believe it's so warm out! What a nice day!"--each and every time I get to go out! Tomorrow is Valentine's Day!! ❤️. If you have a sweetie, be sure to tell them you love them! Humans often give one another flowers, chocolates, or stuffed teddy bears for Valentine's Day.
If you have a kitty, be sure to tell them you love them too! This can also be done with stuffed animals, such as little jungle cats. It can also be done with special yummy treats, like cans of tuna!

My mom says she has the worst singing voice in the history of the universe. She thinks she would end up on the Bloopers episode of American Idol if she dared to try out. But mom sometimes sings to us kitties. We don't think she is such a terrible singer. We actually like it very much when she sings to us. We listen, and rub against her. Lately she has been singing us holiday songs, like "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" and "The Little Drummer Boy." You may think you're not good at something, like art, or a sport. But life isn't always about competition. You don't have to be great at everything you like to do. So do what makes you smile. 😊 - TBJC 🐅 🧡

My mom says that kitties taught her a lot about love. When she was young, she thought love was all about drama! It was a roller coaster ride of strong emotions. Us puddies showed her that love comes in many forms. It can be the quiet consistency of a loyal companion. Love doesn't have to come with huge proclamations. It can be shown by just doing nice little things for someone else. My mom cleans our litter boxes each and every day. We thank her by rubbing against her legs, and giving head butts. Dad buys our kitty food and little toys. We show our appreciation with contented purrs. Love can be simply snuggling next to someone when they are feeling down. The best thing is that love doesn't come in limited quantities. My mom and dad love all of us nine kitties just the same! And we all love them back! - TBJC 🐅 🧡

It gets dark very early now by our big old house. At 4:30 p.m. it is so dark outside you would think it was midnight! This makes me want to take more naps. My mom feels the same way. She puts her jammies in right when she's done with work! I much prefer summer when it stays light out until 9:00 p.m.! I guess winter does have some good things though. Like warm snuggly blankets! I especially like to snuggle in blankets that look just like my fur! I can blend right into them, and I'm almost invisible!! Wishing you all a happy week, full of nice naps! - TBJC 🐅 🧡

If you are feeling sad or overwhelmed, take a little break! Spend some time with those that make you smile. Life can be hard, even for us kitties. So take a deep calming breath. Step away for a bit from the all the negative things. Do a little something that makes you happy! Take an afternoon nap. Play some games with your friends. (I recommend hide and seek.) And if all is going well for you, try to be the reason someone else smiles. Add a little sparkle to your own world! - TBJC. 🐅🧡

I like when my mom gives me scratchies, pats, and rubbies! It feels very good! I try to tell her so by rubbing back against her hand, and by giving her hand little head-butts. My dad does this too. Sometimes dad picks me up and gives me hugs! (Mom and dad are really the only ones I let pick me up though.) Often times I will even wait to eat my food until after I get my pats! Don't underestimate how much a hug, or a pat on the back, may be just what someone needs! Wishing you all a hug filled week! - TBJC 🐅 🧡

Everyone needs a little bit of fun in their life now and then. To help us kitties have fun, my mom and dad turned the basement of our big old house into a kitty playground! It has cat trees and cat toys! There are kitty window boxes. We have food and water down here. (And potties of course!) We have lots of cat beds, with blankets with fur that looks like mine! We have kitty steps to get up to our beds. Here I am with mom in the basement. She is giving me back scratchies, and I am all excited, running around! Sometimes in the morning I can't decide between first eating my Gerber baby food- meat flavors for breakfast, or running out to my catio. It's a very hard decision! I get quite excited about both. So, the other day, my mom put my Gerber out on my catio! Then I didn't have to pick just one! If you can't decide between two appealing options, maybe you don't have to. For three whole days last week it was warm and sunny by our big old house! My mom and dad opened up the catios for us kitties! I had the best time! But you know what they say about the weather in Wisconsin. Don't get used to it because it changes from one day to the next. Saturday was the last of the beautiful 70 plus degree days.
